酒店回复: Thank you for the feedback, sir. In an effort to improve and become a greener facility it is true that our guest rooms are cleaned every other day when occupied. However, housekeeping daily is available upon request. The details of this are in the guest room restrooms. That being said, our public spaces are cleaned multiple times daily. 房间还可以，在这边相对已经不错了。赶上了暴雪，在外面抽烟就不方便了，没雨棚。早餐有点坑，定的是含早，餐厅又收了一份，回头还得跟前台说才消掉。
酒店地理位置便利且安静。前台人员非常友善热情，房间也很宽敞干净。
设施：有点旧，但美国酒店都一样

环境：还行
服务：还行
无可挑剔，早餐虽然简陋些，15$一人，但诚意满满。
客人停车每晚10$，但可以向酒店申请免除，这一点让我们很意外。
无论设施卫生环境都一般般，服务还不错。在美国通胀的情况下，这个价格就算性价比还可以了。
典型的美国快捷酒店
入住时，我被告知房间每隔一天才会打扫一次。此外，汽车旅馆停车场每天收费 10 美元！这是一家机场汽车旅馆，不在市中心，也不靠近任何景点。由于缺乏清洁，大厅里堆满了废纸篓、用过的毛巾，看起来很糟糕。我再也不会住在这里了。
不幸的是，这家酒店的客户服务太糟糕了。前台工作人员没有仔细寻找我的预订，导致我差点睡在车里，即使我出示了收据，证明房费已全额支付，他们还是拒绝在晚上 10 点给我安排房间。我不得不重新购买一间新房间。最终，他们找到了预订并退款，错误才得以缓解。

机场酒店的一晚预订。如果我直接通过希尔顿预订，他们会给我一笔积分，以便将来在另一家希尔顿酒店使用。但 ******* 不这样做。我必须在 10 月 1 日之前取消 6 号的预订。我活到老学到老。
