This HGI hotel is super nice. The rooms were clean and fresh. Lobby / breakfast area was spacious and airy. The hotel associates were very friendly and greeted us warmly. We will definitely stay here again.

This Hilton property is located on the Wittman Regional airport. It would be a great place to stay for the annual EAA Airventure. But the local management has decided to reserve the entire hotel for vendors and Airventure personnel for years in advance. Effectively thumbing their nose at any other Hilton customer. They do not care what your Hilton Honors status might be. So Hilton Honors members do not rate any consideration for a stay during EAA Airventure. This is a disgusting way to treat loyal Hilton customers. Hilton members should be staying at other hotels in the area during the rest of the year.

When we checked into the room the toilet was plugged. They cleared it, we thought. Went out on the bikes and came back and used the toilet that still was plugged. We told management but nobody came to our rescue. They seemed to be indifferent and said they were busy with maintenance. We used the pool toilet down the hall into the next morning. This should have been rectified immediately or given a new room. I think this room still has a plugged toilet. They knew this room had an issue.

Stayed here one night to attend an event at Brighton Acres (about 8 minutes away). Check-in was quick and easy. We could have checked in by phone, but did not do it ahead of time. Our room was clean and comfortable. The shower pressure was great, towels were big and fluffy, air-conditioning was easy to set and quiet. Bed was also comfortable. They have tea and coffee and a mini-store to pick up a snack. There is a restaurant and you can eat dinner or breakfast there, but nothing is included in the price of the hotel. We chose to eat somewhere else. Building was well maintained and we would stay there again. Parking was free and plentiful. This is on the very south side of Oshkosh.

The staff here were some of the nicest we’ve encountered. Everyone was very friendly and so accommodating. I wish I knew all their names to list here. The man working the front desk during the night was so nice and great with all of our group’s kids. The lady that was bartending was also very sweet. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.

A big thank the staff on duty Oct. 12th! I didn't' names but it was the manager on duty, a young man with black curly hair-front desk and a lady in the restaurant. Pulled up our car to leave and battery died. They all helped us get jumped off. They all were incredibly awesome to jump in help us and even tell us where we could go to get a new battery. Our room was very nice, clean as was the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone! Great Staff ... very friendly ... very helpful!

My husband and I stayed here on a recent August Friday and Saturday night. On the plus side, this hotel and our room were very clean with a pleasant atmosphere. Quiet, too. Sufficient parking. Aside from one snippy young woman at the check-in counter, all staff were professional and friendly. A few deficiencies, though - when we arrived on a Friday afternoon, there was only one luggage cart available. We didn't have much luggage, but we did have several smaller items and couldn't carry them all at once. So we made a few trips back and forth to the car. We noticed this each time we went in and out - one or no luggage cart. When I mentioned it to the young man at the desk, he said that some guests must've been "keeping the carts in their rooms". This hotel doesn't have complementary breakfast; only coffee and hot water. There is a paid breakfast, but seemingly not on Sundays. This wasn't an issue for us, as we were seeing friends in the area and didn't need breakfast. But just fyi! My personal comfort and quality-of-life travel check list: *mattress: The mattress on our king-size bed was hard. DH was fine with it, but for those with back and neck issues, beware! *shower: The shower head has no adjustable settings; it's just barely strong enough to rinse shampoo out of long hair, and that takes a while. And hard to reach (I'm 5'2") to change the angle of the spray. *mirrors: Like so many other hotel bathroom mirrors, this one was far away from the edge of the counter. Impossible to apply eye makeup there; you'll have to use the mirror by the closet. Or bring your own. NO SAFES! The TripAdvisor page for this hotel states that these rooms have safes. They do not. Looks like there may have been safes at one point; there are a few open cubicle-like spots behind doors beneath the granite counter holding the TV set, but they're completely empty. With the electronics people require these days, especially for work, it's a mystery to me why more hotels don't have safes. The hard mattress, inadequate shower water flow, and lack of a safe are deal-breakers for us; we won't be back to this hotel unless under duress.

The pool is down for resurfacing. The entire reason I chose this particular hotel during my stay was that it has or had a pool. Nothing in the Hilton app stated it would be down during my stay which I booked a couple of weeks in advance. I tend to like to stay at Hiltons. This was very disappointing

Stayed here for a week and extended the stay for one day. Although they were sold out, Jack was able to find another room, close to our “home for the week” and we were able to check out and into the new room even before the usual check out time! It was so convenient and I really appreciated the effort! All of the staff was great ! I loved going out on the balcony to watch planes coming and going. We were here for Air Adventure Camp at EAA and this was close and a great choice. I don’t think I got the best available rates and probably should have shopped around a bit but it’s a great place to stay. Lots of shopping and restaurants very close.
