It was a very clean room but needed updating. The coffee pot didn't work, a hanging lamp didn't work. We had to use a power cord extension cord to plug something in. The. bathroom door did't close correctly. But the cleanliness made up for some of those things.

I want to start out with the good. The housekeeping staff did a great job keeping our room clean every day, check-in was a breeze, beds were comfortable and clean, and the staff was friendly. That being said, the hotel needs a serious update. In our bathroom, the sink and the bathtub were missing their drain plugs, and the bathroom door was swollen from moisture and would barely close. The furniture outside, as you were entering the hotel was missing cushions and was stained. Furniture inside the lobby was dirty. The breakfast was not great, and the last night we were there, about 2 AM our room started smelling like cigarette smoke. Bad. Someone must’ve been smoking nearby and it was coming in our vent. We all woke up and ended up going to the airport early to get out of there. For a Holiday Inn Express, I would expect better. I would not recommend this hotel.

Booked the suite, everything was clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice and helpful.
It Could use a bigger tv in the living area, and a little better lighting in the bedroom and bathroom. Overall very nice room though.

Lacking Empathy and Refusing Support During a Family Medical Crisis
We were traveling to this hotel to stay the night before my mother-in-law’s cancer surgery when we received the devastating news that her procedure had been canceled at the last minute. I had booked a non-refundable room through *******, but I immediately contacted them and explained the situation. I even offered to provide medical documentation.
We were not asking for a refund. We simply hoped to rebook the same room type for the following week, as the surgery had already been rescheduled. ******* made every effort to advocate for us, but the manager at this Holiday Inn Express refused to assist in any way—no date change, no flexibility, no understanding.
During an already emotional and stressful time, this lack of compassion was incredibly disheartening. I am sharing this experience in hopes of receiving a response and, more importantly, encouraging better support for families facing medical emergencies.

热水咖啡全天供应,电梯口自取。
check in很快,前台小姐姐是新人还不知道怎么操作,态度很好。
出门就有一家walgreen,可以方面买吃的。
下次还会入住这里,方便快捷

地方很脏。我们付了三个晚上的钱,却只住了第一个晚上。这家酒店很糟糕,更像是路边的汽车旅馆。
我不推荐。
停车位有限,酒店的位置也与描述不符。它离宣传的医院很远,而且没有公共交通。
