When I first checked in I looked around my room to find the shower visibly dirty, blood and other stains on the curtains, dirty floors, hairs on the bed, and a soda bottle under the couch. I let Lorena at the front (who was so sweet and lovely!) know and she moved me to another room. Unfortunately, this room was also dirty, slightly less than the other but this shower was worse with pink mold growing on the shower head which implies to me that it has not been cleaned any time recently. The hallways were also dirty, when I came back to the hotel at night there was what looked like urine on the tile floor and when I checked out the next day it was still there, despite the cleaning staff having already passed by it on their morning round of the rooms. I was really disappointed by the cleanliness of the hotel.

Rude staff lady in breakfast area, reported to front desk but manager doesn’t want to call back to discuss incident and how she yelled at me & got in my face when I asked her why she needed to be so rude to the 3 other people she yelled at. Bathroom in our room had dirty shower, big holes in the wall next to bathroom lights, dirty windows we couldn’t look out of, no shuttle which was told there was before I booked, security fee that will come back to me in about 30 days after I was told there was no security deposit and no back on our remote to hold the batteries in. Was not a great experience and will not be staying there again.
