The front desk staff was great at check in. I booked on ******* and it lists a hot tub as a property amenity. Please ask ******* to to update. I specifically booked for a hot tub. Stopping through on a climbing trip and I was pretty sore.

I book a regular room and was given a handicapped accessible room, which meant the shower and toilet was in one room and a small sink in another room. Very inconvenient for washing your hands. Air conditioner was not working properly and was extremely loud. Closet door was bi-fold door and was broken and closet wasn’t usable. Very dated property. Breakfast was good. Staff was nice. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Room was clean. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff.
The only complaint we had was one side of the shower door was missing. Instead of installing a new shower door, they hung a shower curtain on the missing side

Very nice hotel
Check in was quick & staff was very friendly She also recommended dining options in area which was very helpful. Room was clean & bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great especially grateful for the gluten free options as my husband has celiac disease

Quick visit
This location was great for me as I was visiting my daughter at LCCC which was about 7 min drive. Downtown Cheyenne & surrounding areas were easily accessed from this location. My room was nice & clean with plenty of space. Never bothered with free breakfast but the coffee was decent. NW facing room had some freeway traffic noise but not bad. Staff were friendly and engaging upon arrival. Had there been a bar or restaurant on site I might have hung out there some to socialize but not to be.

Laundry machine is serverly insufficient for use. The Laundry room only one washing machine and one drying machine, but with so many customer checking in. Experience was terrible for waiting too long for a laundry. I did not even make it for the laundry, because it was too late after waiting.

入住时，我问能不能订靠近洗衣房的房间，前台告诉我一楼的房间都订满了。我觉得很奇怪，因为我大概下午4点左右入住。我订的房间在三楼，就在酒店洗衣房的对面。开门后，我意识到这是一间双人大床房，而我预订的是一张单人特大床房。核实了预订/收据后，我立即打电话给前台，前台的回复让我大吃一惊。她告诉我，她那边只有一张大床房，没有特大床房，所以她可以取消我的预订，我可以根据需要另找其他酒店。她如此粗鲁无礼，让我大吃一惊。我已经在冬天的天气里旅行了6个小时，我不想再找新的酒店了。说实话，我以为她会帮我换到正确的房间，而且很容易解决。我以前住过这家酒店，一直觉得它很棒。这次入住体验糟透了。床很舒服。房间基本符合预期。
