A fun and comfortable stay
So incredibly fun. I honestly didn’t think the water park pictures were real, but it was and I had a blast. I didn’t have to use this feature but it did look like they had a lift to help wheelchair bound guests into the pool, and they have seats in the showers so it seems relatively pretty accessible. The room was also very comfortable and quiet.

Nicest Fairfield I’ve stayed in. Water park was a hit with the kids after being in the car all day. Best hotel breakfast I’ve had in years - waffles and bacon were perfect.
千万别住这里！！！
房间糟透了。浴室的毛巾上沾着胡须，其中一张大床的床单上还残留着绿色的鼻涕或粪便。我们向前台和客房服务部门反映清洁不力，他们却说不会退还住宿费，客房服务人员还说“之前只有一张床被用过，而且她就是在那张床上换床单的”……意思是她没有彻底打扫房间。经理应该给我回电话讨论此事，但他们一直没有。
酒店火警警报一直响个不停，我当时正在工作，咖啡壶却坏了
我们选择这家酒店是因为有泳池区，但直到入住时才被告知泳池区正在装修，无法使用。其余时间入住体验都还不错，但令人失望的是，酒店没有及时通知我们，让我们无法做出其他安排。
