I have stayed here several times. The rooms are decently clean and everything is in working order. The staff are also very nice.

The room's heating system is poor and outdated. It was very noise all the time. The staff/manager are unprofessional and are not aware of booking details that cause problems later on. Also, they overcharged to my credit cards without my authorization. It was totally horrible experience.

Hotel is great. Had everything we needed and in a central location. Cheyenne in the bar made the trip great. We were out for a family emergency and she was so kind and helpful. Also makes the best Rum Punch ever!

The room was nice and clean.
We were on the top floor and I heard a constant mechanical noise. A bit annoying.

No breakfast, but knew that going in so not an issue. My issue was that i could hear everything that was happening in the rooms above and next to ours. Wish there was some insulation.... Bed was comfy. Staff was great.

I was asked if I wanted my room cleaned during my stay as there was not enough staff to clean all the rooms. I told them I did and not ONE time during my stay did anyone come and clean the room or replace towels.

The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful when we arrived tired. The shower curtain was mildewed and smelled terribly. The room should not have been rented.

First room wasn’t as clean as I would like it so they gave us another room. Everything was great after that.

Must have been a bad day for housekeeping. The bed and bedroom area was clean and straightened. The bathroom was never touched. Not going to say anymore.
