The location was great - easy access to local attractions and highway. Very clean, well-maintained property from the lobby area to the room. I found the beds comfortable with a variety of pillow types to find the perfect style for everyone.

The property was wonderful.
The problem we had was the family above us were jumping around most of the night and it was loud throughout the ceiling.
The wonderful staff helped us relocate to another room which we appreciated.

Stayed here during our 3 day visit to Charleston. Quiet, comfortable room. 20 minute drive to historic Charleston. Dining options nearby within 10 minute drive.

Not a hotel you expect ,judged by name an pictures
Stayed here for 5 nights.
Overall the hotel was ok but seems like a fancy hotel wannabe with focus on guest areas like pool,garden and hall .
the room could use a update, looked warnout toilet could’nt flush correctly after a quick fix it was runnig water in it contantly, very noisy from other rooms and hall.
Tv channels not working because of bad internet connection , internet could be faster if you pay extra.

small but very nice, great courtyard area.

It was nice just had a little back and forth about a late check out time. It was granted but because I booked third party something….. idk other than that experience, highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was accommodating by allowing us to check in early. The rooms were clean and the hotel was quiet. We would stay here again in the future!
我预付了每天的早餐费用，但只收到了7天中的5天的早餐券。办理入住时，我告诉了前台接待员，她只是简单地回答说：“我想应该没有。” *******上的酒店介绍说每个房间都配有微波炉，结果并没有。我还注意到酒店里有个“餐厅”，但实际上只供应早餐。客房服务糟糕透顶。我要求彻底清洁，他们却只是敷衍了事，垃圾和脏毛巾都只清理了一遍。如果我不要求清洁，他们甚至懒得提供毛巾。地板总是黏糊糊的。就这个价格而言，真是太令人失望了。真不明白那些五星好评是怎么来的。
我订这家酒店的主要原因就是为了泡热水澡。结果我去泡澡的时候发现热水澡坏了。泳池周围很脏，到处都是碎玻璃和垃圾，房间是这次入住体验中唯一还算过得去的地方。
