I liked the area that the hotel was located. Very nice landscaping and the area seemed like it was off the beaten path but it wasn’t. Loved the “homey” atmosphere of the lobby and lounge area. My only complaint was that the room got really hot at night even though we could “control” the thermostat. Seemed like the air was still being controlled. Other than that the room was nice enough and I would stay here again.

There is no ocean view but was not expected to have one. Clean and friendly check in service. The bistro hours are limited and pool is only open sunup to sundown. Wished it would stay open longer.

Fridge was loud. And requested no feather because I have allergies. I found 4 feathers pillows
我预付了每天的早餐费用，但只收到了7天中的5天的早餐券。办理入住时，我告诉了前台接待员，她只是简单地回答说：“我想应该没有。” *******上的酒店介绍说每个房间都配有微波炉，结果并没有。我还注意到酒店里有个“餐厅”，但实际上只供应早餐。客房服务糟糕透顶。我要求彻底清洁，他们却只是敷衍了事，垃圾和脏毛巾都只清理了一遍。如果我不要求清洁，他们甚至懒得提供毛巾。地板总是黏糊糊的。就这个价格而言，真是太令人失望了。真不明白那些五星好评是怎么来的。
我订这家酒店的主要原因就是为了泡热水澡。结果我去泡澡的时候发现热水澡坏了。泳池周围很脏，到处都是碎玻璃和垃圾，房间是这次入住体验中唯一还算过得去的地方。
