We paid for a upgrade and the heat didn't work in the room. They did send maintenance out but he still couldn't get it to work so he brought a space heater for us overnight. The next day maintenance came out to repair the unit and it still didn't work properly. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

1.) The beds were the most uncomfortabel beds I've slept in, in over 20 years! They were very firm and lumpy.
2.) The hot tub near the pool was not working correctly, with no repair in sight.
3.) I was upset on their policy that I could not bring my own chair on the beach. As a paying guest I should be allowed to use my own chair. I have knee issues and my chair allows me to get up easier, than their low chairs.

We stayed here for one night before leaving on a cruise the following day. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I knew the room wasn’t supposed to be ready until 4 so wasn’t shocked when, at 1, it wasn’t ready. The kind valet held our luggage while we waited. Front desk employee told us to feel free to go to the beach, pool, restaurant, whatever.
Checked out the beach (absolutely wonderful) and then had lunch at the outdoor bar/restaurant. Delicious burger & fries and a tasty lobster roll! Servers at restaurant were all quick and nice!
Received a text about 3:40 stating the room was ready. We booked an ocean view through ******* which is what we received. It was wonderful. What a view! Large windows with a slider door to the “balcony” (more like a ledge, but *shrug*). Being able to see and hear the ocean all night was great. Room was nice. Bed as comfy as any hotel. Air conditioner was a little loud, but didn’t bother us.
For dinner, didn’t want to go back to the restaurant (kind of a small menu to eat twice a day) so we checked out the shop. If you want to save money and have delicious food, hit the shop. Amazing cuban sandwich (which they kindly heated). Also a nice little selection of beers and wines. So we enjoyed beer and sandwiches in the room while watching a movie.
For breakfast, shop had a fantastic chorizo burrito & bacon egg cheese bagel (both heated).
Will stay again!

The hotel is gorgeous and beach is awesome, the check in was a prelude to the service and attitude you were to receive! ****** and rude!
The restaurant waiter Brandon was amazing and the host that Saturday night was delightful, besides those 2 it was very uncomfortable and to think this is the treatment you receive from an incredible hotel is beyond disappointing!
For example I asked the housecleaning why there were no towels and the trash was taken out, no water replaced and the floor was swept! The woman tried to yell at me with her horrible attitude! The front seat when checking in, I asked her what the bill was she said she didn’t know and was irritated I asked for information and her look was very disrespectful, like I was crazy to ask her why the charge was 1000! The store they have there when I asked a question she gave me the smug look and tone and could barely talk! The guy on the beach was nice. I will stop here but there is more to say! Management should be addressed.

度假胜地完美之选。虽然当时正在装修，但丝毫没有影响我们的住宿体验。工作人员热情友好，海滩区域也维护得很好。
酒店超级干净，但是附近什么都没有，酒店里也没什么娱乐活动。泳池水太冷，自行车坏了，划独木舟也租不到，而且服务态度极差，服务员根本不理你，只顾着自己聊天。我无聊透了，餐厅里所有东西都是单点的，早餐就要100多美元，还不包括饮料。每个人都非常粗鲁。泳池晚上8点就关门了，难道他们指望你8点就睡觉吗？客房服务每天早上7点就把你吵醒，每隔5分钟就敲一次门，让你出去打扫卫生？我难道不是在度假吗？再也不会来了！
