前台总是非常乐于助人、友善且热情周到。晚上开车回酒店感觉很安全。我一定会再来住的。
床很舒服，但枕头太大太软（提供的四个枕头应该软硬各半）。大堂咖啡厅的服务非常出色，员工专业友好。
关于酒店设施的评价：整栋楼的空调温度设置得太低，房间电话和客房清洁服务都存在问题。
这家酒店确实比较老旧，但看得出来他们正在努力翻新。墙壁上有一些划痕、凹痕和污渍，但一看就知道是岁月和磨损造成的。房间不算特别脏！天花板比其他酒店低一些，让我男朋友感觉有点不自在。前台接待员很友善也很热情。我们只在这里住了一晚，总体来说还不错。
我觉得这家酒店定位是“高档”住宿，但实际情况却完全不是这样。附近有更便宜的酒店，设施甚至更好。
大堂没有免费咖啡——哪怕是黑咖啡也比没有强。也没有免费早餐。房间里的空调（我就是因为这个原因不得不换房）又旧又吵。
虽然大堂看起来和图片上一样，但所有房间都过时了，急需翻新。
办理入住时，我们被告知泳池无法使用。如果我们知道这个事实，我们会预订另一家酒店。他们允许我们取消预订，但到了当天，其他酒店的价格都更高。我们可以使用街对面的酒店泳池，但在冬天绝对不理想。此外，折叠沙发床标明为“双人”，但绝对不是双人床。
房间老旧，套房非常小。床很舒服。停车位充足。位置便利。餐厅食物不错。
