卫生:干净整洁
设施:齐全大堂有各式餐厅早餐咖啡面包都很不错
交通离机场近,t2过去只要六分钟车程,外卖也方便可以点到
酒店位置开车距离温莎也就二十多分钟,性价比很高,前台小哥感觉英语不是很好,早餐还是传统的英式全国都是那几样,说一个酒店房间的小常识,如果不关门,空调会自动熄掉,关上门后重启。
酒店很干净,员工也很有礼貌。不过,从希思罗机场坐公交车过来不太方便,除非打车,或者在丽笙酒店下车再走四分钟过来。早餐自助餐有待改进,沙拉和蔬菜的选择不多。华夫饼也太甜了,口感很硬,像烤饼一样厚实。
房间非常老旧了,和图片效果完全不一样,枕头 被套和被芯还有浴巾毛巾都很老旧脏兮兮的感觉,要不是退不了房间加上之前才换了酒店折腾了一晚折腾不动了,大白天的我是真不会住的~而且之前预定之前我是提了要求的要求安静的房间,结果第一次给我的就是一个低楼层的靠近电梯出门电梯就是房间,刚好那个对着大堂酒吧吵死了,搞得我行李都没来得及放拖着行李就赶紧下去又换房间~
航班无法正常因此入住,入住前台没人需要呼叫,入住后说需不需要早餐,我说含早的,最后才看到了,感觉reception 很不专业。

老牌英式酒店,国外同事帮忙订的房间,结果少订了一天,还必须得让公司同事打电话说,才能给公司优惠房价,太死板,最后自己在携程秒订,房价一样便宜。
酒店员工非常友善,帮了我们大忙。房间宽敞整洁。开放式公共区域很吸引人,适合放松休息,喝点东西或吃点小吃。
桑拿浴室和蒸汽房在长途旅行后放松身心非常棒,而且食物价格合理,质量也很好。酒店位置不难找,但如果你乘坐伊丽莎白线,从海耶斯与哈林顿车站走过来会很远。你需要打车或乘坐公交车才能到达酒店。
这酒店太贵了,完全不值这个价。房费之外还要额外收取网络费,简直让人无法相信。纯粹是企业贪婪。他们还宣传有机场接送服务,但实际上根本没有。打优步到那里要35英镑。
酒店就在希思罗机场旁边,对于赶早班机的人来说非常方便。隔壁酒店还有一家印度餐厅,早餐也不错,有零点菜单可选。
交通便利环境好服务好
