住宿体验糟糕透顶,房间老旧、过时、脏乱不堪。前台工作人员“九月”态度粗鲁,不热情周到。我真想马上离开。要不是我丈夫要参加家庭聚会,我们早就走了……而且,正如我丈夫抱怨的那样,水太冷了。浴帘和衣柜门上也有污渍。
我对床不太满意。我觉得需要换个新的弹簧床垫。我已经跟工作人员反映过了。卫生间入口没有门,这点我不太满意。卫生间里只有一个垃圾桶。我不会再去庭院酒店了。另外,我觉得应该有地方吃欧式早餐,而不是B stro。谢谢。
