Everything was great! The staff were very friendly and efficient. My only issue is that the pool was vey cold. I have been to this pool before and it was always great for a morning swim, but both mornings the pool was too chilly to get into. It wont stop is from coming back!

Great hotel
It was an easy check in with friendly staff. The breakfast was really great compared to other places I have stayed. I felt very safe!

酒店网站上说有酒吧/酒廊，但这个说法不准确。这个问题应该纠正，因为有些旅客会选择晚上可以在酒店酒吧/酒廊喝一杯的酒店，而不用开车或步行。我们的情况就是这样，所以我们很失望。
我们直到超过入住时间三个多小时才办理入住——房间还没准备好。入住时，房间里弥漫着难闻的香烟味——我联系了前台，要求提供空气清新剂，并抱怨无烟房间的烟味——但没有人处理。房间非常闷热，导致我儿子哮喘发作，彻底毁了这次旅行。当我再次联系前台表达我的担忧时，他们告诉我：“我没有通过汉普顿酒店预订，而是通过第三方预订，所以他们无法提供任何补偿。”
位置便利，员工友好，但似乎缺乏经验。WiFi 不稳定，户外火坑等设施时好时坏，我们离开那天两部电梯都坏了。考虑到价格，我希望能有更好的服务。
我的入住体验一直很普通，直到退房那天早上，大约9点左右，我被持续不断的敲门声吵醒。我一看是清洁人员，就没理会，因为我前一天晚上在门上挂了“请勿打扰”的牌子，而且退房时间是上午11点。大约5分钟后，他们强行闯入房间，我看到一只手试图从外面撬开门闩。我一时语塞，打开了门，我以前从未遇到过这种事，所以显然很震惊。他们很快就耸了耸肩，说是因为我之前已经退房了，所以只是制造了混乱。这种行为绝对不可接受，我对这些员工的无能感到恶心。由于这个地区是婚礼的热门地点，我强烈建议您住在其他地方。
酒店还不错。员工很友好，但每晚要付500多美元……我期待更多。隔壁的狗叫了一整晚，床也特别不舒服。
