The staff were all very nice and knowledgeable. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. They offered many different options and were constantly refilling anything that ran out. I will absolutely stay here again.

Our stay was terrific! The staff was very friendly, we were greated with bagged warm oatmeal cookies. The room was very clean and modern. The breakfast was delicious too! We would highly recommend!

The front desk was very attentive. The place looked overall clean. However, the sofabed we got in the room the sheets were dirty, as if they never took them out. It had hairs and pieces of chips. I did call the front desk and provide me with clean ones. Overall the stay was only one night and serve my needs for me and my girls to rest.

今年和去年在携程上订的海外酒店，让自己成为黑钻客户。但体会是携程在美国或是日本的酒店客房位置都不好，楼层底、楼道最后一两间的位置、窗外不是对着墙就是对着角。
酒店不错，但是*******在收到我的付款后没有确认我的预订，所以我必须在抵达酒店后再次预订并支付全额住宿费。我期待*******全额退款，并再次通过*******预订冬季房间。
房间看起来老旧，通风系统不太好用。甚至可能有臭虫，我们住过之后皮肤上出现了一些红印。真不知道这家酒店是怎么被允许经营的。住房和卫生部门什么时候检查过这家酒店？！甚至不应该在任何信誉良好的网站上做广告。

在酒店住了两晚，体验很棒。入口装饰精美。床很舒服。房间很干净。早餐很棒，每天的主菜都不一样。我们睡得很好。
我必须说，所有工作人员都会跟我打招呼，说声早上好，或者微笑。他们非常友好，而且非常乐于助人。
