Everything was perfect. Women who worked at the front counter was super amazing! Sameone was giving her a hard time and she handled it like a champ. Kept her composure and was able to check us in without issues.

Very happy with the stay, clean rooms and open area. Bar area and bartender was a relaxing place to spend with family. All in all a good experience.

今年和去年在携程上订的海外酒店，让自己成为黑钻客户。但体会是携程在美国或是日本的酒店客房位置都不好，楼层底、楼道最后一两间的位置、窗外不是对着墙就是对着角。
酒店不错，但是*******在收到我的付款后没有确认我的预订，所以我必须在抵达酒店后再次预订并支付全额住宿费。我期待*******全额退款，并再次通过*******预订冬季房间。
房间看起来老旧，通风系统不太好用。甚至可能有臭虫，我们住过之后皮肤上出现了一些红印。真不知道这家酒店是怎么被允许经营的。住房和卫生部门什么时候检查过这家酒店？！甚至不应该在任何信誉良好的网站上做广告。

在酒店住了两晚，体验很棒。入口装饰精美。床很舒服。房间很干净。早餐很棒，每天的主菜都不一样。我们睡得很好。
我必须说，所有工作人员都会跟我打招呼，说声早上好，或者微笑。他们非常友好，而且非常乐于助人。
