Staff was friendly but not sincere. Checking in I was told nothing about the property. Hours for dining, wifi info, check out time, the fact that the pool was closed. Nothing. My room was clean but the bed was dreadful. Mattress springs that make noise and dug into my body all night. The comforter on the bed, although clean was lumpy and needs to be replaced. A lamp was broken and the plugs next to the bed didnt hold my charger, it just fell out of the wall. The parking lot had plenty of parking. The room was clean, i felt safe traveling alone. As a 14 year Starbucks employee, my basic caramel macchiato was…really not good. I tried to order the avocado toast which they didn’t have and so ordered a bagel and it was dry and dreadful. There is a starbucks a block away, id say visit that instead. I’ll be back because my dad is hospitalized nearby indefinitely. But i’ll ask for a better bed next time.

We chose this hotel because we liked the layout of the two queens and sofa pull out room. It was spacious and comfortable for my husband and I, two toddlers and grandma. Staff was helpful, prompt and friendly. Downstairs lobby and eating area is clean and inviting. Well rounded food menu and I left dinner feeling satisfied. There are some dining booths with a personal TV. The large outdoor area with chairs and fire pits served as a good area to let the kids run around. Target, Dunkin Donuts are less than 5 min drive. There is also an area within the hotel lobby to purchase snacks and toiletries. Would stay here again.

Nice stay, calm and quiet and close to everything i needed in the area. Food & shopping nearby, easy access to main roads etc. Room was clean, not as fancy/nice as presented in the photos online but still nice. Staff was really great, friendly and helpful with questions about the area and places to go.

Room was clean, much better than I expected, considering the 3 star rating. No removable shower head.Staff was courteous and accommodating, restroom on first floor needed a little care. Overall experience was pleasant and I wouldn’t mind staying there in the future.

I was not made aware of the property’s amenities upon arrival, but I feel that was due to under staffing. Also, there was some type of children’s sporting event in the area and the parents were not asked to maintain control of their children in the lobby. My party was almost knocked over twice by running children and their parents were present.
