Second time here. I really like this place. I grew up in Reno, and it reminds me of the best parts of desert kitsch. Staff is great, breakfast is so much better than other "Breakfast Included" places (tip the staff). The Kamby is across the street, and closer to my office, but this is my place.

Discusting bathtub.
The bathtub was unusable. Rather than refurbishlng it, they poured paint in it and it was cracking. I was there for 3 hot days and couldn't take a shower. Not worth paying for the room.

The staff was great. Easy check-in. The rooms are big with comfortable beds. The happy hour is very lovely with great snacks. The breakfast is fantastic. The area is safe

价格合适，环境非常不错
这次住宿体验还不错。入住手续办理得很顺利，前台工作人员都非常友善。不过房间里还有一张5美元的小费放在桌上，没有咖啡杯，一个玻璃杯的纸盖也掉了。淋浴间看起来有点可疑，好像有人用过，熨斗也放在外面。我觉得他们可能打扫完房间后，又有人临时使用了下。具体我也不清楚。当时很晚了，我们都很累，所以就告知了前台——他们确实提出给我们换房间，但床看起来没问题，我们就没换。另外，这间房的马桶看起来随时都要溢出来一样。建议找人检查一下。早餐很好，所有员工都非常友好。
地理位置绝佳，员工友好，周边区域也非常干净，强烈推荐这家酒店。
这家酒店是我在比尔特莫尔区最喜欢的。非常干净，员工也很友好，翻新后的客房简直棒极了！
糟糕的体验。
我最终住了三间房。每间房的管道都存在严重问题。第一间房——每个水龙头都漏水，消防喷淋器坏了，整晚都在滴水，弄湿了车钥匙；卧室的水龙头也整晚都在滴水。第二间房——气味难闻，浴室的水龙头脱落无法使用，地毯漏水，踩上去袜子都湿透了。第三间房——沙发床上到处都是麦片圈，浴室的水龙头也从墙上脱落了。每个浴缸的底座都有裂缝。这家酒店需要彻底维修管道才能正常使用。
