We booked a stay at Mainstay Suites over Spring Break while we visited our student. The check in went very smoothly, as Megan was very friendly and efficient to get us checked into our room. Parking was free. Hotel was pet friendly. The carpet in the hallways was worn, but once we got into our room, it was clean and very spacious. We had a full sized fridge, stove, microwave, a small kitchen table, all the kitchen utensils we needed, a couch and chair in the living room, and a second large room with a large comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean, and the shower had lots of very hot water. The bathroom had a florescent lighting, which flickered a lot, which was slightly annoying, but not a big deal. The vanity and counter was outside the shower area, so it was convenient to get ready while someone else was in the shower. Breakfast was served every morning, with multiple hot choices as well as several choices in beverages, and the normal cereals and breads. Upon check out, Thomas was again very friendly and quick. I would definitely stay here again. It wasn't five star, but it was a good stay especially for the price, and the staff made it a very pleasant experience.

The hotel is very nice with great outdoor area and plenty of parking. The location is awesome with plenty of places close-by to eat, and metro Center mall is also there. All staffs were very friendly and helpful. Suites are like a one bedroom apt. My room was very clean and quiet, larger than expected, and very reasonably priced. The bed was very comfortable as well. Breakfast was great with good varieties. Highly recommended!

Nice staff. Spacious and clean rooms. Had a room on the 5th floor, freeway side. So noisy it was hard to sleep. Breakfast included. Something was off with breakfast. The eggs were cooked until chewy, same for the sausage patties. However, the hash browns were not brown. None of it was hot. Nice staff. Worked hard to keep the food stocked and the area clean. Just something missing from the process. We wanted to attend a Dodgers and a Mariners game. Location was an easy commute to both. Ended up taking in an Angels game also. Shopping area across the freeway with restaurants. I don't see the windows getting replaced on the busy side of the building. Suggest asking for the quiet side.

Filed a Police Report. Don't stay here. I am writing to formally address an alarming incident that occurred during my recent stay at Mainstay Suites, located at 2536 W Beryl Ave, Phoenix, AZ, specifically in Room 524. At approximately 1 AM, both my 15-year-old daughter and I were abruptly awakened by loud, forceful pounding on our door. Moments later, a male security guard entered our hotel room, stating that he required my immediate presence downstairs to verify my payment. Upon his request, I politely asked if I could take a moment to get dressed before accompanying him. After some hesitation, he left the room, leaving my daughter visibly shaken and in tears, clearly traumatized by the unexpected intrusion and the nature of the encounter. When I made my way to the front desk to seek clarification regarding the situation, I was met by the associate on duty, Mikayla. She informed me that my credit card had not been charged and that she needed to perform a verification of the payment. I was taken aback by her lack of empathy as I expressed my concerns about the manner in which the situation was handled. Instead of offering reassurance or apologies, her responses were often sarcastic and dismissive, leading me to feel that the circumstances were somehow my fault. For instance, she implied that had I answered the door, the security guard would not have felt compelled to enter our room, completely disregarding the fact that it was an inappropriate time of night for such an encounter. Moreover, when I requested the names of the staff members involved, including the security guard, Mikayla exhibited resistance in providing this information. Initially, she stated that it was unnecessary for me to obtain the names and insisted that her name being on the paperwork ought to suffice. After some persistence on my part, I learned that the security guard's name was Roman and the front desk associate who checked us in was named Ambyr. In retrospect, I believe a phone call to verify the payment would have been a far more sensible and considerate approach than sending a security guard to aggressively knock on our door in the middle of the night and enter our room without permission. This incident not only caused significant distress for both my daughter and me but also raises serious concerns about the protocols in place for handling payment issues at your establishment. I feel it is imperative to address these concerns to prevent similar distressing experiences for future guests. Thank you for your attention to this serious matter. I look forward to your response. I gave Ambyr my credit card and ID for check in - your company had my information in their computer. In addition, I've attached correspondence from your customer service center in which they stated they took care of the issue so it wouldn't happen again. But, it happened to me and my daughter, so what is the company going to do for our trauma? We had a man come into our hotel room without

The management is no good. Most of them have attitude problems and make up their own rules. Some of security don’t do anything. Cars get broken into everyday. The only good that come out of this hotel is house keeping if you can get the ones that don’t steal out your room.

Beginning at check in which was AWESOME! Amber and Darius or Daren (sorry can’t remember which name) they were very courteous and amazing! Hotel was beautiful food was AWESOME! All team members were amazing! Bed and sofa was awesome!! Yay!
