There is a risk of credit card fraud at this hotel. My credit card was fraudulently charged twice. The amounts were CAD 1112.32 and CAD 352.03. After discovering this, the hotel explained that the first charge was a duplicate room fee that could be refunded, but they gave no explanation for the second charge. After checking out, I lodged a complaint with the booking platform. The hotel promised to refund the money but then charged CAD 55.23. I complained again and the hotel promised to send an apology letter within 15 minutes, but I have not received it yet. If you don't want your credit card to be at risk, please be cautious when choosing this hotel.
前台有个中国人，所以交流起来很顺畅，将入住、停车、周边景点和美食都介绍得很清楚，非常棒👍🏻入住体验非常好。选的海景房，但是开窗先看的前面会展中心的房顶，也许再高层一点会好些。
信用卡存在被欺诈风险的酒店。柜台预授权的信用卡先后被酒店偷刷掉两笔。1111.32加元、352.03加元。被我发现后，酒店解释第一笔是重复收取的房费可以退回，第二笔他们不知情不给解释………退房后我投诉给预定平台，酒店承诺会退回。但又刷一笔55.23加元，再次投诉。酒店承诺15分钟后给发道歉函。至今未收到！如果您的信用卡不想被无故盗刷、请谨慎选择该酒店。

酒店位置很好，设施齐全，早餐一般，服务很是热情，尤其是大堂的Peter，详细介绍了景点，不过办理入住的人业务不熟练。兑换积分流程不懂。
位置很好。商务设施齐全。整体来看更像三星级酒店，而非四星级。
地理位置相当优越
作为Marriot旗下的酒店，以这个标准看感觉一般吧，其实是一个会议中心的附属酒店。不过还是挺干净的，离海边很近，可以四处走走。
房间很好 一如既往的支持万豪
每晚700美元，说“失望”都算是轻描淡写了。我们一开始想订两间房，两个房间都显示有空房，结果输入信用卡信息后才发现只有一间可用，我们一行人被分开了。更糟糕的是，前台接待员态度极其恶劣，竟然给了我们别人的房间钥匙！我们撞见一对情侣在房间里，下楼后工作人员竟然说他们“不知道”是怎么回事。好不容易进了自己的房间，发现冰箱里还有一张纸条，以及一瓶给其他客人的香槟。总之，我对这家酒店非常失望。从陈旧的房间到粗鲁的员工，再到糟糕的整体体验，简直一无是处。奉劝各位，千万别来这家酒店！
我们在这家酒店度过了愉快的两晚。它离海滨以及所有很棒的景点和商店都非常近。我们还以它为基地，有一天开车去了卡文迪什海滩，在那里吃了一顿绿色山墙。早餐很棒，工作人员非常友好，并且非常细心地满足了我们的需求。
不值这个价。
酒店急需升级改造，彻底清洁一下。大堂和走廊感觉像回到了1992年。房间还行，就是地毯和墙壁有点脏。我不得不在门前铺上毛巾，堵住走廊里1英寸的缝隙，以免光线和噪音透进来。枕头凹凸不平。不值这个价。我住过比这好得多的酒店，而且价格便宜得多。这家酒店唯一的优点就是地理位置优越。
