Perfect place to stay this place very well clean everywhere we are happy to stay here very near to the Heathrow airport Landon very attentive staff all things very near to this place they provide excellent customer service highly recommend

I went to checkin to the hotel with my confirmation number. I was told that my confirmation number and name was not in the system and that the hotel was even closed to the general public? I had just booked the hotel a week earlier. When I came back home and disputed the charge with my credit card company, I was told that when the hotel was contacted by the credit card company the hotel said that I stayed at the hotel? This place is a SCAM. London has plenty of nice places, this is not one of them!

The staff is super friendly and nothing can be solved by them. Located minutes away from Heathrow airport , hotel is cozy . We stayed for 3 nights spending few days visiting places like Windsor and Thorpe park before taking a flight. I would happily recommend to friends.

I stayed when I come back from home country, very good and friendly staff. Food was delicious and very good portion. I will come back with my family as they have beautiful indoor swimming pool and very nice area for kids to play.

This is my first time visiting the hotel and I had a excellent service the stuff very helpful and polite specially Theodora she assisted us and made sure we had a great time I really really recommend this place. Thanks to Theodore .

THIS HOTEL IS CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC. I made my booking via the hotel website (All Accor Live) three weeks ago. My booking was accepted on the ALL website as a mistake. On arrival I was told that this hotel has been closed to the public for more than 2 years. Any reviews you see here on Tripadvisor are therefore mistakes. I did not know this until I arrived at the hotel. The hotel management were helpful in finding me an alternative ALL hotel. Luckily my taxi driver waited while this was resolved and took me to an alternative hotel.

首先，那里的员工都是些**，而且他们都来自同一个国家。每次我们跟他们说话，如果他们不知道答案，就用他们的语言解释。而且他们总是这样。之后，酒店不对公众开放，所以他们派保安来把我们赶出酒店。我们明明预订了房间，但预订被取消了，我们却没有收到任何取消通知邮件。这家酒店目前正在出售。过去三年里，保安人员都非常尊重我们，说话也很有礼貌，不像服务员和前台接待员那样粗鲁无礼。
