The reservation platform you used clearly notes that our second-floor rooms are accessible by stairs only, and we do our best to ensure guests are aware of this before arrival.Regarding the towels, we appreciate you mentioning this. We currently use a 15 lb bath towel that exceeds Choice Hotels’ brand standards, but we will still review your comment with our supplier to ensure the best possible quality for our guests.
