Check in could have been faster as there was 4 couples in line and only one check in person assigned yet staff were around.

To much noise somewere around the room all night couldn’t sleep some kind of fan somewhere was not the air conditioning

Thers was renovations taking place and i wasnt aware of such until i got to the hotel to check in. Pictures should've been uploaded online or at the bare minimum to let consumers aware of the on going renovations taking place at the hotel and still open for business. The bathtub was clogged, poor reception service upon checking in

Staff are always so friendly and professional. Excellent highway access and lots of dining options. For an older building it is always very clean and the price is amazing considering many of the rooms are suites and very large

Property is undergoing some work and our windows were covered in opaque tarps. Hotel is a bit tired on the inside and the breakfast was very lacklustre with a small assortment of flavourless foods and beverages. However the bed was comfortable enough and the room was large and clean. Security guard did a good job of keeping the hockey tournament families quiet at night. It was fine but overpriced for the condition of the hotel and the location.

为了备考附近Durham College的考试，而提前一天入住这个最近的酒店。
订了一个套房，感觉性价比很高，包早餐（虽然很一般）才750人民币。房间很好，设施齐全，酒店的环境和服务也不错。距离Durham更是只有几百米走路距离，很方便。
停车也很友好，我当天退房后还是继续停车在那边，等下午四点多考试完才去取，提前和前台都沟通好了。
酒店后面停车场停了一辆房车，发动机或发电机一直开着……吵得我三晚都没睡好。不知道该说什么。
