Staff is always so friendly and very professional. Check in is very fast. Rooms are spacious, well appointed and very clean. Excellent quality, especially considering the reasonable price.

There was no heat in the room they had to bring me a portable heart then they came and took the thermostat out so it had to be reprogrammed?? This inconvenience was huge and I packed my stuff and left

Staff was not great, they forgot I had called a week in advance requesting to pay for a late check out. I was told a note was made on my account. They had no idea when I checked in, was able to pay for it then. Then the day I was supposed to check out they called me at 11 am (paid for check out at 4pm) as I was getting ready for competing in a bodybuilding Show, telling me I had to check out. Thank goodness I kept the receipt for the late checkout I paid for and had to insist I paid for the 4pm check out.
The check out was difficult, The staff took their sweet time and were not helpful. The sheets were dirty, and stains on the couch.

Hotel doesn’t take debit/visa for security deposit (I booked with it). “We only take credit card” she said. “Cool I have that on my phone!”. “Have to have actual card” she said. “Why?”. “Policy” she said. I don’t have the actual card, that’s why I gave it in my phone. Their reply “sorry but we only take credit card. We will reimburse you without a penalty “.
So I have to go home and cancel my plans? Nothing said this while booking!
The fact that they wouldn’t offer to help find a solution, it was easier to send me home! BS
为了备考附近Durham College的考试，而提前一天入住这个最近的酒店。
订了一个套房，感觉性价比很高，包早餐（虽然很一般）才750人民币。房间很好，设施齐全，酒店的环境和服务也不错。距离Durham更是只有几百米走路距离，很方便。
停车也很友好，我当天退房后还是继续停车在那边，等下午四点多考试完才去取，提前和前台都沟通好了。
酒店后面停车场停了一辆房车，发动机或发电机一直开着……吵得我三晚都没睡好。不知道该说什么。
