Everything was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. I will always stay here at this wonderful hotel.

This is our second time to stay here. Both times we have been in the area for our son’s Navy boot camp graduation and another graduation. The staff is always friendly, the rooms clean, and the hotel is just overall a great place to stay.

The room was clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and my family had a good nights sleep.The staff was very accommodating and helpful with anything we needed. The only things that were a problem at the time was that we didn't have hot water. It was luke warm in winter, and wifi service was down.

Hotel was great with the exception of the pillows. They were fluffy but as soon as you lay your head down it’s flat and oddly lumpy. My husband and I had 2 rough nights of sleep. The bed was comfortable, hotel clean, staff is friendly. I just wish we bright our own pillows. Why do so many hotels have awful pillows?

Easy for everything. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. They even helped us secure an item that was left behind that we came back for. They all deserve a raise!

The room and hallways outside the room were clean. A Fantastic location if your Son/Daughter is graduating from Great Lakes Naval Base. I was impressed at check in to receive a Great Lakes Naval Training Information packet for the graduation. The staff is very courteous!

很好的一个plaza里面，饭店超市什么都有。整个街区看起来也是有些档次的地方。健身房游泳池都不错，去密尔沃基路上不错的选择
淋浴间的杆松了，边缘很锋利，割伤了宝宝
除了淋浴时发生的一次意外，我每一分钟都很享受。我住的房间，淋浴间的右下角有一个离地面很近的杆，我猜是用来挂浴巾之类的东西的。我两岁的女儿平衡能力不太好，她抓住了杆子稳住自己，结果杆子松了。杆子松离墙的那一侧边缘很锋利，割伤了她的手。虽然割伤不严重，但足以让她在睡觉前感到不安。我不希望别人的宝宝也做同样的事情受伤。我打电话给前台，告诉他们情况，他们说会很快修好。水压不是最差的，我只是希望它再大一点。除此之外，这是一次愉快的体验。
我女儿和她的朋友在泳池玩得很开心。我们的房间在一楼，所以我们也有机会欣赏庭院。房间超级干净，员工也超级友好。10/10 推荐！
