Good location. Freindly staff. Their elevator was pretty slow but we were on the 2nd floor so it wasnt too much of a hastle to take it. The room was clean for the most part (some minor stains on the couch). the Water took a minute or two to heat up and bathroom felt a little outdated but the bed was very comfy. AC worked well. A pleasant place for my 1 night stay!

Bathroom shower was a little dirty. Window needed to be cleaned better on the outside. Fitness Center had a broken TV and the remote control was on the floor with the batteries out of it. Looked like some ceiling tile broke and there was white pieces on the fitness center floor. Ice machine was not working on the third floor.

There were several bugs found in the room (bedroom and bathroom). Bathroom was very old— faucet was bent and water drained extremely slowly. By the time I was done showering the water was way above my ankle. And a one night stay was over $300!

Property is a little dated. Found the bathroom and sink area weren’t super clean when we arrived and just overall age and wear and tear in bathroom. Also had some issues with ants in the room even though we had no food in there.
Staff were friendly. Bed was comfortable. Would stay again but definitely in need of improvement.

They tried to charge me $75 for a sheet because I started my period , they did refund it but it was embarrassing how it was handled and that I even had to explain , complain and write to corporate to get this refund
