Not sure if its two thumbs stars or ... i prefer room in single bed but was last minute and much needed. Still one of the nicer hotels for accommodation.

出入的人很杂乱，大厅非常吵杂，而且服务不好，请对方送一床棉被，打了几次电话，等了几个小时都没人送……以后不会再住
这家酒店一点都不干净，半夜有人试图打开我的房门，我在门边发现了一张折过的卡片，显然有人用它撬过门。第二天早上我向前台反映了情况，他们却说可能是喝醉的老太太干的。这根本不是一家安全的万豪酒店，我对万豪酒店集团彻底失去了信心。
我在绍姆堡万豪酒店的入住体验糟透了。我们刚办理入住时，房间里就有一只蜘蛛，床单上到处都是头发——显然房间没有打扫，床单也没有更换。我们不得不要求换房，这对于一家自称“高端”的酒店来说，实在令人失望，也十分不便。
当晚晚些时候，火警警报响起，我不得不跑下九层楼。更糟糕的是，酒店内的星巴克很脏，泳池也脏得令人作呕，到处都是头发。唯一看起来稍微干净的地方只有热水浴缸。
说实话，像贝斯特韦斯特或乡村酒店这样的其他酒店都比这家好一百倍。万豪的收费如此之高，我期望更高。这家酒店远未达到他们宣传的标准，绝对不值这个价。
做得更好
在我丈夫回来工作做膝关节置换手术之前，我预订了这家酒店，作为一次短暂的假期。提前打电话确认了房间，确保我们住的是远离噪音的房间！！！入住后，我们的房间就在巨型空调的外面！！
工作人员都非常好。我唯一不喜欢的是住宿期间的班车服务，工作人员告诉我周末提前离开了。我不明白为什么，因为我的团队和其他人都以为他们会用这项服务来购物和用餐。尤其是司机周六下午6点就走了，我本来以为周末晚些时候会有空的司机，如果没有，或许可以让工作人员通知客人这项服务已经停止了。
