My reservation was relocated to another hotel “due to circumstances beyond their control.” We were moved to Spinghill Suites, a lower price point and even lower quality of facilities. My original rate was “honored” but my rate did not match the quality I originally paid for.

Great experience. The hotel was very nice and comfortable. The pull out sofa bed wasn’t super comfortable, but they typically aren’t. It was still fine. Very nice staff. The pool was great, too.
