Harmony is a busier road in town but we would be happy to get you on the opposite side of the hotel next time. Our breakfast hours are 6:30-9:30 Mon-Fri and 7-10am on weekends. Our breakfast attendants do their very best to keep up on food stock. We were sold out this weekend and it takes time to cook the food so there can be a bit of a delay after a rush. Our hot tub temperature is checked daily and is kept at the standard temperature at all times. In your previous review, you stated that the hotel was clean, that our breakfast was excellent and you enjoyed our hot tub. I am sorry you have since changed your mind about your experience. As you know, we have signage up at our front desk and on the ice machines stating we have ice at the front desk. Our staff has been diligent about fulfilling any and all requests for ice.I am delighted to hear that you enjoyed your experiences with our staff members up until the fire alarms went off. The staff did their absolute best to handle the situation according to the emergency procedures set in place. As it was explained to you before, we cannot silence the alarms. Our local Fire Protection company and the Fire Department are the only one's capable of performing that task. You were offered a solution to your problem in the form of a room move, to which you declined. The hotel did everything that we could to try and rectify the situation with you during this unfortunate incident. I hope you have a great rest of your week!
