The customer service was beyond amazing, however the hotel just isn’t the cleanest and the attention to detail is lacking.

The front desk staff were extremely friendly and accommodating! We got to the hotel pretty early and they were able to get us a room right away and they let us delay our checkout to 12:30. This was extremely helpful as I was ill and really not feeling well so the extra sleep time both days was very appreciated.

We have been coming to Nola on and off for over 12 years and The Saint started as our go to hotel. By everything and away from everything at the same time. The problem is that the hotel has not changed at all and needs updates and renovations. The bathroom was dusty and dated! The staff was super nice though.

This was my second time staying at this property and I must say that once again I’m impressed. The check in process was smooth, the staff is very helpful, polite, and professional. The property is in an ideal location within walking distance to the Superdome, (13 min) Bourbon St, (2 Blocks) and wherever in the French Quarter you would want to visit. The property is very clean and has that New Orleans charm that you’re looking for. Also it has an amazing bar with a chill aesthetic. I highly recommend staying at The Saint. You will not be disappointed.

The only thing I really disliked about this property was the lighting in the bathroom. The lighting is too dim for older ladies to see to get ready. Also no full length mirror in the room

Very nice accommodations, LOVED the decor. The staff was awesome, Robert was very knowledgeable about NO and helpful with recommendations. I will definitely spread the word about The Saint Hotel!

Our stay was past amazing. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable of things surrounding when it came to good food spots. We will definitely be staying here our next visit to New Orleans
