房间太小，性价比不高
位置绝佳，员工也很友好。酒店还有一个冰屋，夏天来旅行的话超级实用，而且还是免费的！
房间都没人打扫，也是无语了，从来没住过这种酒店
浴巾有头髪，隔音不好。
房间太小。隔音很差。
小心不靠谱的员工
丢失的物品不归还。工作人员确认我们遗失的物品会被登记为失物招领处，但实际上什么也没有，所以没有找到。他们态度冷漠，毫无歉意，也没有提供任何帮助解决问题的保证。小心这里不靠谱的员工。如果他们在你离开后不归还艺术印刷品，想象一下他们会在你的房间里对你的东西做什么！
这大概是整个曼哈顿最好的酒店了。我在曼哈顿住过很多酒店，但这家酒店在清洁度、安静程度、地理位置、设施先进以及服务一流方面都无与伦比。我以前在纽约从未体验过安静，但这家酒店真的非常安静！
房间本身很小（纽约的大多数酒店都这样），但工作人员（客房服务、前台和咖啡厅）都非常友善周到。我们入住的是无障碍客房，淋浴的水压和温度都很好。轻轻一推，窗帘就会自动升降。最重要的是，地理位置优越。总而言之，非常舒适！
好坏参半的体验
我们的住宿体验好坏参半。房间本身总体干净舒适，我们对此表示赞赏。然而，也有一些小瑕疵，影响了整体体验。
首先，马桶明显有污渍，这让人怀疑清洁是否彻底。这虽然不是什么大问题，但绝对不容忽视——尤其是对于新入住的客人。
入住时，工作人员询问我们是否需要客房清洁服务，我们确认了需要。遗憾的是，我们入住期间没有提供客房清洁服务。虽然我们只住了一晚，但有人提供清洁服务却没有得到，这确实令人沮丧。
最后，其中一部电梯坏了。虽然工作人员在入住时提到了这一点，但仍然感到不便，尤其是在高峰时段，大家都在办理入住或退房手续。
总的来说，基本设施齐全，但服务和维护方面的一些小问题，让入住体验略显逊色。
兄弟姐妹纽约苏荷区之旅！！！
酒店位于苏荷区，交通便利，工作人员热情周到，酒店非常安全，房间宽敞、干净、舒适。提供每日客房清洁服务，床也很舒服。以后我一定会再次入住这家酒店。
