Finding a hair in the tub is unacceptable, and I’ve shared your comments with our Executive housekeeper to ensure this is immediately addressed and prevented in the future.Regarding the noise disturbance and uncomfortable bed, I understand how frustrating it must have been to get little rest during your visit. We always aim to provide a relaxing and restful environment, and I’m sorry we fell short in this regard.I would also like to clarify that our hotel has never offered 24-hour room service, though I understand how this misunderstanding could have added to your disappointment especially if you had selected us based on this expectation. That said, the way your room service call was handled as well as the delay and miscommunication at the front desk was far from the level of service we strive to provide. I will personally follow up with our staff to ensure proper training and responsiveness moving forward.I completely understand your frustration and would like the opportunity to make things right. I noticed my staff only charged the first night of your stay and I have personally adjusted of that night as well. 优点：员工非常友好（讲英语，部份是hispanics讲西班牙语）；地理位置好，在休斯顿下城历史街区；房间有特色，空间非常大，维护良好。
缺点：没有自取冰块，需要打电话叫room service（考虑到面子要给小费所以我自己下楼到酒吧要了冰块）
无功无过但值得提一嘴的地方：早餐可供选择非常少，半自助可以要omelette但是厨房找不到员工。
很棒的酒店，员工友好热情。他们的员工保留率很高，这始终是员工快乐的一个好标志。房间干净舒适，装饰艺术风格时尚。我特别喜欢特大床套房里的大淋浴间和浸泡浴缸。
这家酒店是我在休斯顿市中心的首选酒店。它靠近餐厅和活动场所，交通便利，甚至提供免费班车，可以带您前往半径约一英里范围内的目的地。我尤其感谢代客泊车的工作人员，他们总是及时取车，并在车停在他们那里时悉心照料。
他们还有一个很棒的酒吧，提供美味的鸡尾酒，让您周末完全可以不出门。您可以乘坐电梯快速下楼，享用一杯精心调制的美味鸡尾酒。
跟以前不一样了。浴缸里有头发，清理得也不彻底。以后不会再住这家酒店了。服务很差，而且这里的工作人员都不知道发生了什么。
这家酒店不仅历史悠久，而且舒适宜人，设计精美。房间宽敞，装修精美。酒店就在市中心，所以我们想去的地方都在步行距离内。
酒店评价过高，而且不够豪华。床枕头简直糟糕透了。电梯超级慢，欢乐时光要到下午4点才开始。餐厅空无一人。不会再住了。
感觉物超所值。房间超级干净。浴室很棒。工作人员非常友好。地理位置优越，步行即可到达很多地方。
他们没有制冰机，你必须向接待处索要，对于这项服务，需要给小费。
工作人员非常友好，乐于助人。是我在酒店遇到的最好的员工！
