I can't rate the actual hotel as unfortunately I never got to stay. Like many other people have experienced, my reservation was cancelled without any reason whatsoever, despite having booked it in August. If you are not honouring bookings then why accept them in the first place????

Booked this hotel in November 2023, due to stay there with my children to go to see Taylor Swift in concert in August 2024. The hotel took my money but has been closed for many months! Do not book this hotel! Appalling service. And resulted in a really stressful experience trying to find an alternative.

IHG and Holiday Inn cancelled a reservation yesterday 13/3/23 on is for this hotel that was made in December 2022 for a holiday inn London on April 2nd. No prior warning or arrangement for alternative accommodation was offered after calling the central reservations team following this news. I have been a member since 2018 and I am appalled at this treatment.

Just had a booking for July 2022 cancelled by hotel due to continuing refurbishment. No alternative provided and told to call guest services to make a complaint. Guest services told me that they can rebook me into another hotel but I need to pay the increase in room rate. (Rates in London have doubled since booked) Shockingly bad service all around from hotel to IHG guest services. Please avoid this hotel and IHG brand hotels.
这个地方以后根本不值得我再做生意,以后我去温布利也绝对不会再来。我预订了一晚的住宿,准备在七月份去温布利球场看一场音乐会,酒店在三四周前就订满了,今天下午他们打电话取消了预订。结果,当天当地任何一家连锁酒店都没有空房了,因为都被其他音乐会观众订满了。不过也好,IHG糟糕的客户管理迫使我只能考虑Airbnb。令我大吃一惊的是,我竟然订到了一家豪华的民宿,有安全的停车位和电动汽车充电桩,离温布利球场200米,价格比酒店贵20英镑——IHG,你们的损失。我出差都住智选假日酒店20年了,这是他们第一次取消我的预订。
这家酒店已经不是酒店了!房间是租来的。没有更多可预订房间!这种情况已经持续了 3 年 - 但仍然可以在那里预订房间 - 小心!这不可能!!!!我们站在酒店门前,已经在网上预订了,却被拒之门外!警告!这家酒店关门了!无法预订或预订!没有酒店服务!没有空房!
我们的女儿在伦敦学习然后工作了 5 年,我们在 2022 年 12 月经常入住这家酒店,我们为家庭周末预订了 29/4/23 和 30/4/23 的三个房间,昨天晚上我们收到一封电子邮件在没有任何解释的情况下取消了这个预订!!当然,我们从巴黎出发的欧洲之星机票已经支付,酒店价格上涨了两倍……这是第二次,因为在 COVID-19 大流行期间,酒店已经在最后一刻取消了预订,这在当时的健康背景下是可以理解的...结束了我再也不会从这个连锁店预订酒店了😡 Alain KRULIK 会员多年
