Overall was a good clean room, the close proximity to the expressway made it somewhat difficult to sleep was very noisy the lack of a ventilation fan in the bathroom made it awkward

Very friendly clerk hostess checking me in. It was nice to see a smile after driving 4 hours with 2 dogs to tend to. She was very welcoming and gave me a great room. The room is great, so clean. The bed is comfortable. Shower and breakfast in the morning. We are all tucked in safe and sound! Also it's oddly busy on a random Sunday night but it's so quiet! Great place to stay!

Unexpected excellent breakfast. Staff was very friendly, but the rooms need to be upgraded. Dirty, dark, old furniture… not worth the price at all.

抵达后等了10分钟才见到前台。她甚至没有为耽误时间道歉。大堂里也没有其他人。办理入住后，竟然要我支付10美元的“放纵费”？如果没消费的话，会退还到信用卡里。我告诉她我不想付，但那位剪着银色短发、挑染粉色条纹的前台说这是规定。如果没用，退房时会退还。第二天早上我问同一个人钱什么时候退回来，她说她办不了，但会通知信用卡部门。到现在一天过去了，钱还没退回来。这是什么标准政策吗？还是说这是变相让顾客购买零食区里那些不想要的零食和点心？
前台工作人员彬彬有礼。房间需要彻底清洁和维修。我为年迈的母亲预订了无障碍客房。由于淋浴座椅与瓷砖墙脱离，她无法使用淋浴，看起来非常不安全。我立即向酒店报告了此事。当时没有其他房间可供选择，也没有提供任何补偿。我丈夫擦拭了浴室的镜子，因为它很脏。地毯需要清洗。阳台地板上有很多黑霉。多年来，我们一家至少入住过这家酒店十五次，显然它需要认真维护和保养。餐厅的物价非常昂贵，两瓶水就要9.99美元。
房间还不错，三个人每人16美元。但是自助早餐简直糟糕透顶，组织混乱，令人难以置信。没有干净的盘子，没有饼干，没有鸡蛋，总之非常混乱。他们还不如去别的地方吃早餐，何必浪费时间在这里呢？
酒保态度恶劣，什么都不会调。我们的房间被弄得一团糟，他们把我们安排到两个明显有狗住过的房间，到处都是宠物毛，我们的脚踝和小腿上全是跳蚤咬的包。除非他们能保证房间干净且没有宠物，否则千万别住这里。我们住了两晚是因为没有其他选择。我建议住隔壁的Homewood酒店，那里比较新。
位置便利，早餐还算可以，员工也很友好！
不过，别指望什么所谓的“欢乐时光”了，房间设施非常陈旧，空调也需要更换，因为它散发着霉味！
