Room was clean. Well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was great.

Location, location, location! It is close to everything in downtown Fairhope and made it so easy to step out and see the tree lighting in downtown Fairhope!

The staff was very courteous, but the room was a little dingy. Fix the rusty door jambs and loose wallpaper.

The stay was nice and right in the heart of town. We had a front facing balcony as well.
The only reason I took off a star is because the rooms could be updated.

We love the location but the hotel has definitely gone down hill in looks over the years. Rooms are tired. Breakfast area is very tired looking. Definitely not up to Hilton/Hampton standards but you can’t beat the location so we continue to stay.

Room was very tired. Worn carpet and furniture. Also my refrigerator stopped working during my stay. Price is high for condition of the property.
Location is ideal, but the whole property needs updating.
