What an exceptional facility! I was welcomed with warm smiles upon arrival. The decor of my room was truly inspiring. The cleanliness and refreshing aroma of lemon slices invigorated my spirit.

It was a nice room. The area was safe and quiet. The only issues I had was the shampoo bottle they provided for use was empty and the tub stopper would not work for me to take a bath. Staff was excellant!

Honors Band at UNA
The room was very clean and spacious. We loved the bathroom. The food was great. My son loved making his own waffle. The staff was very helpful and engaging. Will definitely stay again on our next visit to UNA!

入住时，他们给我安排了单人间。
我下楼要求换到我已经付过钱的双人间。他们告诉我，房间已经订满了，没有空房了。
我把这归咎于酒店管理不善。正因为这个问题，我儿子到了之后，我们没给他安排床，所以没法住。真是让人心烦！以后我来佛罗伦萨开商务会议，再也不会住这家酒店了。这次虽然我赚了钱，但下次肯定不会了！
应该更干净些
入住手续很便捷。工作人员很友好。房间清洁不太到位。淋浴间发霉，地板很脏，沙发有污渍。
隔壁的Mapco交通很拥挤，天黑后我们有点不自在。不过除了这点小担心之外，我们对所有的住宿条件都很满意，以后还会再住那里。
办理登机手续很慢，因为益博睿应用程序要求提供更多身份信息来验证我的身份。信息量太大，难以理解
淋浴不好
水压有问题，淋浴体验不佳，需要改进
唯一的问题是，我们一楼的房间正在施工，而我们四楼的房间非常吵。这种情况只发生在白天。除此之外，住宿体验很棒。
