We had a great stay! What truly stood out was the clean room, the friendly staff, and especially the variety and quality of the breakfast. We want to give special recognition to George, who was extremely kind and attentive to us every morning. Everything was perfect and we will definitely be back!

I have to admit that, for a long time, I never experienced such high-end five-star service in a regular hotel. The level of cleanliness and the fantastic staff, who are happy and willing to help at any time, are incredible. Every staff member I interacted with was so excited to do extra work beyond their job responsibilities. The front desk, the person from the breakfast ( George was amazing and working so hard to make everyone happy, anticipated every need, and was cleaning continuously). I want to congratulate the management of this hotel. We went for a day at the SPA to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and we decided to spend the night in Whitby, and it was a great decision. No one at the hotel knew why we were there, but I noticed the level of service was excellent for each and every guest. Please let your team know that they are making a difference by doing what they are doing! Thank you!

整体不错，唯一美中不足的是给了我们一个靠近电梯的房间，噪音很大，和前台沟通，小姑娘态度很好，说是这是唯一的房间，没法调换
