Everything was great-from the time I checked in until I checked out. The checkin process was seamless and the staff was very attentive. My room with a view was wonderful. The only item I would have liked is a microwave.

This was a nice hotel we enjoyed our stay staff was nice the only thing I would say is the rooms need to be cleaned more thoroughly there were random hand prints on the door, blood stains, and a dirty towel in the bathroom. The beds were comfy best sleep I had in awhile nice variety of snacks I'd stay here again.

Your staff is friendly and helpful. The room looks like it had been some what remodeled. The tube drain plug came out, the sink fauset was wobbly, the shower wand adjuster was broke off, the toilet paper holder was coming out of wall, the mattress was uncomfortable. One side is slanted i felt like i was going to roll off the bed. The phone in bathroom was coming out of the wall. We were there to visit our children and grandkids we will try another hotel next time. Staff is great property need alot of love and up dated

The shower floor was full of hair everywhere, I even showed the picture at the front desk and they did nothing.

我们对万丽酒店的硬件设施和用品抱有更高的期待。酒店员工都非常友善和乐于助人。早餐以这个价格来说很不错。“星巴克”并不是真正的星巴克，只是一个有咖啡机的柜台服务点。负责的员工不太专业，而且在我尝试购买时机器出了故障。
