We showed up for breakfast at 0830. There was little to no food. Nothing either one of us would eat. The entire hotel had an odor of mold or mildew. This hotel is also way past needing to be renovated. I had a hard time belueving this hotel is affiliated with Marriot. Also the bed was extremely uncomfortable and the pillows had a terrible smell. The one kudo that I would give them is the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful.

I booked a room with two queens. When I arrived I was told there wasn’t a room with two beds available. So 3 of us had to sleep in a king bed or go find another hotel at 10pm.

去奥兰多机场途中住一晚很棒的房间，有漂亮的泳池，附近餐馆也很多。房间空调很吵，但因为天气热必须开，所以没睡好。早餐简单但还行。
房间很大，浴室也很舒适。整个酒店看得出来有些年头了，是时候装修一下了。早餐的选择比较少。
非常干净舒适。房间很大很舒服，还有一个带水槽、微波炉和冰箱的小厨房。电视可以对着床看，也可以转过来对着沙发看。有熨衣板、熨斗和吹风机。
我和我丈夫因工作需要经常出差。这个地方真是太棒了！非常干净，为我们办理入住的两位女士非常友好、热情，乐于助人，总是面带笑容。房间也很干净，附近有很多商店和餐厅，步行就能到。我们肯定会很快再来的。
我们对房间很不满意，因为酒店之前描述说房间里有一张折叠床，但实际上却是一张沙发床，并不符合我们的需求。此外，当我们询问所有房间管道冲洗后的清洁情况时，前台接待员的态度也十分冷淡。她告诉我们冲洗完毕后要让水流几分钟，结果流出来的水却是棕色的。我们要求用漂白剂消毒淋浴间，她却说他们不提供这项服务。我表示必须采取措施，否则我会找经理反映。
酒店和房间都需要翻新。前台工作人员礼貌但不够周到。客房服务很差，房间清洁度也低于标准。由于房间里有蚂蚁，我们不得不中途换房，这给我们带来了不便。酒店没有提供任何补偿，也没有延长补偿期限。房间布局不适合长期入住。早餐每天都一样，杂乱无章，不干净，而且食材匮乏。食物种类和质量都很差，而且供应不足。周末的情况更糟。周末甚至没有餐饮服务人员。工作日的工作人员也勉强够用。总而言之，价格、价值和质量都低于标准，尤其对于万豪旅享家来说更是如此。非常令人失望的一次入住体验。我强烈不推荐这家酒店。
