They are totally in kahoots with the private parking company right out front. I was ask where I had parked. I said the one right out front. I was not was not asked for my plate number. I received a ticket, despite paying the max daily rate of 45 dollars and because I hadn’t informed the desk my plate number, I had to pay an additional 45 dollars. I had also booked a room for two people. It showed on my booking that I had “free breakfast”. When I checked in, I only received one “free breakfast” voucher, that is only redeemable for one person. The location was nice however their services were terrible. There was no Internet and our TV didn’t work for $300 per night. You do not get anything extra. And you have to pay $50 for parking FYI.

Great place to stay! Beautiful views
This hotel was amazing! So helpful whenever I had questions. Valet parking was so convenient. I would stay here and recommend to anyone who is looking for a great location downtown Edmonton. The restaurant was great we ate later in the evening but they had great options as well as delicious drinks!

The beds were not very comfortable, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Parking was an extra $45 per car, which felt excessive. For the extreme price of the stay, the value just wasn’t there.

入住时服务员态度良好，办理入住手续快捷方便，但泊车收费每天加币45元，感觉不爽！而且必须由职员代泊，出外取车需多预时间等候。
房间方面，空间感较少，设施也较旧，幸好还算清洁。没有蒸馏水提供，可付费使用。想煲热水也需向职员取用。
住了两晚，第二个晚上厕所不能冲水，发现水箱配件老化断开，所以失去影响储水功能
