I got the room because it advertised pool and hot tub. Hot tub isn't operational and pool was filthy although they said I could get in pool. Uhhh no thank you. I stayed long enough to watch the game and then left.

The AC in our room was not working properly. Made two calls to have it fixed. Was told it was fixed, however it was not. Asked to move rooms but was told they were booked.

Very nice
I was there for a friends weekend. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The bar/restaurant was nice and plenty of drink and food options. The beds and pillows were comfortable, Wi-Fi was good. Close enough drive to the heart of St. Augustine. I would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay! The hotel is close to the highway, but only a quick drive to the beach and historical sections of St. Augustine. Clean, quiet, and super friendly staff!

We arrived at the hotel just a few hours ago and have checked out early the night of due to uncleanliness ( blood on the sheets and smelly pillows) and little air conditioning. It needs an upgrade. I even changed the bedding myself because the front desk didnt seem to care even after showing him pictures.

Overall I felt unimpressed by the hotel. The room was smaller than I expected, the fridge in the room was tiny. The spa was not working and the gym wasn’t not impressive at all. It is a barely a step up from supper 8 or motel 6.
