The pool was closed due to the health inspector. Construction was being done and half the hotel was closed. Parking was limited.

The hotel is under massive renovations. This is clear if you book on their website, but as I booked though a third party it was not mentioned anywhere. Every amenity was unusable and the drilling started before 8am and was SOOOO loud. When I worked at a hotel in the past, we would reach out to every guest to make sure they were away of situations like this. The front desk staff I spoke to could not have cared less of the inconveniences. I left a message for the front desk manager, who never followed up. Overall one of the worst hotel experience I've had.

They cancel my reservation without letting me know, because they said of construction the sane day that i supposed to check in. Ibwas driving with my daughter first little vacation that we had for a long time.

This hotel has amazing customer service, close to all the land marks, and the newly renovated rooms are beautiful. I would definitely stay here again. The parking is free. I didn’t eat there, but the market isn’t overly priced.

1. I checked in Monday and was told that house keeping is every other day, but my room was not cleaned either on Tuesday or Wednesday.
2. The room had a musty smell.
3. Evidently, the place is going through renovation, so there was a lot of noise from outside activities.
On the positive note, the front desk staff was courteous and friendly.

I got the room because it advertised pool and hot tub. Hot tub isn't operational and pool was filthy although they said I could get in pool. Uhhh no thank you. I stayed long enough to watch the game and then left.

The AC in our room was not working properly. Made two calls to have it fixed. Was told it was fixed, however it was not. Asked to move rooms but was told they were booked.

Very nice
I was there for a friends weekend. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The bar/restaurant was nice and plenty of drink and food options. The beds and pillows were comfortable, Wi-Fi was good. Close enough drive to the heart of St. Augustine. I would definitely stay there again.
