The hotel was clean and the service was exceptional. The rooms are updated nicely and the beds and linens were comfortable. The restaurant in the lobby was wonderful as well.

All was good except room service wasn’t the ride order and the menu was changed so accepted a meal I didn’t necessarily want. Other than that - beautiful hotel and staff

The hotel was very clean. The front desk person was very good but in our room, our TV did not work properly. It kept shutting off. They sent someone up two times to try to fix it and he said it couldn’t be fixed and they had no other rooms to transfer us to they said they were booked up and then we couldn’t get the Wi-Fi to work in our room. We had no hand soap to wash our hands in the bathroom and the ice machine on our floor was broken. Had to go up the steps to the next floor to get ice.

Bathroom needs a bath fan and the bath faucet was hinky. Other than that my stay was amazing. Staff was super friendly

Maintenance lacking. Elevator safety questioned.
The right elevator was not working. Left elevator door closing not right. Will not stop closing by pressure on right side. No place to hang dress or gown in our room (411). 4th floor elevator light covers broken and missing. 4th floor ice machine not working. At checkout I mentioned these things but was told she could do nothing to fix mechanicals and the elevator has been broken for a while.

Lobby water had fruit flies in the lobby water, bed was so curved and sinking in, bathroom shower door kept sliding open during shower and carpet was smelly and dirty in the room.
