Bathroom sink didn’t drain. Housekeeping never came to clean room till after five when we were just coming in. So took clean towels and bath. Told her to forget it. That is way too late.

Always great cookies! Staff was super helpful with recommendations. The staff in the parking garage also gave directions and recommendations. The room was beautiful. We bought breakfast the next morning and the breakfast burrito was sooo good! Washed our clothes here as well. Close to the market and stop for the trolley.

The breakfast was ok overall. No fresh orange juice, excellent sausage & bacon. Eggs overcooked. Nice hostess/waitress.
The bed was excellent. Our bedroom was on the Bay St. side and noisy all night long with truck traffic. I would recommend gettig a room on the other side of the hotel.

Jamie service was excellent. Elise was great at the desk. Hilton always comes through but the parking company they use has a very hard time charging you correctly.

When we arrived at our room, we discovered it was a double bed instead of the king I paid for. I called the front desk, and the clerk told me it came through from ******* as a double and that I needed to contact them. I called *******, and they confirmed it was booked as a king. They reached out to the hotel, but I was told there was nothing they could do since I had “accepted” the room — even though I didn’t realize it was a double until I walked in.
On the second night, both our toilet and a friend’s toilet (on the fourth floor) were clogged.
While I was drying my hair, the power went out, and I had to call the front desk again so they could contact engineering.
Overall, a terrible experience. I’ll never book through ******* or stay at this hotel again.
