Room was clean and staff was courteous. Knocked 2 stars off for the following: we primarily booked bc of the indoor pool - I called to ask if the pool was temp controlled before I booked - I was told yes it was temp controlled... I get to the hotel to check in and am told the pool is out of order....like what? How was I not told that on the phone anyway, that's my only complaint.

The room was clean but the towels in the bathroom - some of them - did not have the white brightness that others had. The floor area around the tub was a bit unkept.

Excellent staff - friendly, approachable and attentive. Really made a difference in our stay. Love the patio feature. Fencing needs repair. Older property shows wear and tear but clean and comfortable. Shower head was too high for us shorter folk to manage - made shower unpleasant. Still a good value for a short stay.
