Excellent staff - friendly, approachable and attentive. Really made a difference in our stay. Love the patio feature. Fencing needs repair. Older property shows wear and tear but clean and comfortable. Shower head was too high for us shorter folk to manage - made shower unpleasant. Still a good value for a short stay.

Found several bed bugs. That pretty much freaked us out. After reporting the bed bugs, the charge for the room was reversed. But we spent a good part of the next day searching for an exterminator to get bed bug spray (which cost $33) to spray our luggage and a laundromat to wash and dry our belongings, which pretty much ruined our trip. Everyone in our party was short tempered and angry. Purchased an $80 sanitizer on-line to have when we got home to further sanitize our belongings. Requested that the hotel reimburse us for this expense, but I haven't gotten a response from them yet.
Also noticed that the room next to ours had a paper bag containing trash just outside the door that no one ever bothered to pick up and throw away. Front desk brought us some towels and walked right by it without a thought. It remained there throughout our stay.
Don't think we will ever stay at a Fairfield by Marriott again!
Front desk personnel were accommodating.

I pass through Dothan 3 to 4 times a year and have stayed at different hotels each time. I have finally found a place that is updated, clean and quiet. I am so tired of sleep being interrupted due to arguments, police calls or conversations outside my room. I will certainly make this my go to location for future travel. Staff is very welcoming.

This property needs to be cleaned. My feet were black after walking on the carpet. Subpar for a Marriott property. The staff were amazing!

Everything was great the staff was superb housekeeping was great you know everything was great and excellent.
