The receptionist at the desk was great and tried to fix all things that were flaws. First room smelled awful had to move to another room. Second room did not have sheets and blanket for pull out sofa. Kids complain because YouTube did not work on TV.

Filthy. Previous persons underwear in dresser still. No toilet paper n phone not work so I had to go down to get some. Discovered tv remote broken and window lock is missing. Bug in ceiling light and tub dirty

We stayed from Sunday till Friday and our stay was wonderful. Amanda checked us in and she was so friendly and helpful. Every interaction with her was a delight. Everyone was super helpful and the rooms and hotel in general was very clean.

We came for one night. It was a stop over on our way to Florida. The location is great . Its right off of 95. The beds were very comfortable. The room had a fullsize fridge. Bathroom was really nice. Best of all they take dogs. Its walking distance to Sam Sneed & Toasted Yolk restuarants 2 of our favorites. Suites are 1/2 of mile from outlets. Highly recommended.

We planned a last minute stay in Savannah and Candlewood came through with a great price and a very helpful staff. Thanks to Miesha at the front desk for extending our stay one more day with ease and a smile. We look forward to returning. The room was huge! Way bigger than expected and very clean.

I was here for 3 weeks on business. The staff was great, especially Amanda. Simple, clean and everything worked. Recommended

Amanda did an outstanding job. I'm not the easiest customer to begin with, especially when I lose my new phone. She patiently helped me calm down and find it. Even though I was very upset. She displayed exemplary customer service and executive qualities during my stay. I travel alot with other disabled people, we don't always experience good service. I will stay here again, and use my significant network to encourage other disabled people to stay here. Amanda is the best hotel staff I've ever met. Best, James DeSart
