The room was clean and seemed to be updated. The entrance, lobby, basically the whole bottom floor needs updating. It was a little scary going in, because the old carpet in these areas had an unpleasant odor. Thankfully, the hotel room did not have carpet. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and pleasant.

Checked into our first room-- nasty-- hair and stains in one of the beds-- bad smell--
Second room was better but still smell was bad-- just didn't smell clean--
Hall carpet looked filthy-- not sure when it had been cleaned-- Also, was in a bit of a hurry the morning of checkout-- went down at posted 6AM breakfast time-- wasn't ready-- waited for 15 minutes-- just had to get coffee and leave-- will not be staying here again!

I think it's a shame to use my Best Western points at this hotel; it's been the worst one in this chain that we've ever stayed at.

我预订这家酒店是因为价格和班车服务。下午3点我到达机场后,打电话叫了班车,3点25分到达酒店。到了之后,我被告知要到4点才能办理入住。这一点在我打电话的时候就应该说明。最后我大约3点45分才住进房间。至于回机场的车,他们告诉我早上6点半没有车,所以我只能拼车。前台和班车司机都很热心,尽力帮我安排回机场的班车。房间还可以,但是酒店周围的餐饮选择比较有限。总的来说,还行,但下次我可能会选择其他酒店。
这已经成为我的首选了。房间干净舒适,早餐和咖啡都很棒,而且员工非常热情友好(特别是妮可女士和格蕾丝女士)。以后我来萨凡纳,绝对不会再选择其他酒店了。
酒店位于一个环境优美、安静的区域,地理位置也十分便利,完全满足了我们的需求。床很舒服。员工热情友好。早餐种类丰富,用餐区干净舒适。
淋浴间的花洒支架不见了。床边的灯和插座都坏了。下次去那个地区我肯定不会再住这家了。我还发现地板上有一根剪下来的脚趾甲。
员工非常棒,热情友好!房间干净整洁。酒店位置便利,附近有很多餐厅和商店。我们强烈推荐这家酒店,以后还会再次入住。
我再也不想来这家酒店了。前台服务人员很友好,但早餐服务人员却截然相反。食物也不新鲜。
