Everything was great the check-in to the checkout you can check in at 3 o’clock and check out at 12!! The shower in the room was excellent!! Hot water and high pressure!! Hot tub was hot !! Staff was pleasant and welcoming!!

不是最好的酒店。
电梯看起来不太对劲,而且迷你吧冰箱里有前一个客人吃剩的食物。告诉前台工作人员后,他也不知道该怎么办,所以总的来说,服务非常糟糕。
这次入住体验从令人无法接受发展到令人深感担忧。
入住期间,我多次遇到不干净的房间(我在其他地方已经详细记录过),最终我直接与酒店老板进行了沟通。虽然他提出退款,但谈话内容却令人不安。他公开质疑我的体验,并暗示节假日期间他们“接待的客人类型有所不同”。
当我要求他解释“不同类型的客人”是什么意思时,他却无法给出明确的答案。
这种说法,加上他对我的诉求置之不理的态度,让我感到非常不舒服。无论他是否出于本意,这种做法都带有偏见且不恰当。任何客人都不应该因为他们的言谈举止、穿着打扮、行为方式或出身而感到被评判、被贴标签或被轻视。
我还向万豪酒店集团总部提交了正式投诉,但即使是他们也无法就此事的处理方式给出清晰的解释或有效的回应。
从肮脏的房间、缺乏责任感、冷漠的态度到老板的言论,这家酒店及其管理层在各个方面都令人失望。酒店和万豪酒店处理此事的方式都极其糟糕。
我强烈建议其他人慎重考虑是否入住这家酒店。
高速公路进出方便,停车方便,房间空间宽敞,床很舒服——地板(地毯)很脏,抵达时空调关闭(仲夏),房间里弥漫着一股难闻的旧袜子味和霉味。空调上竟然长了黑色霉菌,我们醒来时都感觉鼻窦发炎。淋浴水压不错,水温稳定。淋浴间的皂液器坏了。之前天花板漏水,修补工作明显粗糙。早餐不错/丰盛的欧陆式早餐。
房间布局很好,喜欢洗手池与浴缸和马桶分开的设计。如果现在大多数酒店都提供乳液和小棉签/棉球包就更好了。早餐美味可口,选择多样。室内泳池和热水浴缸也很棒。入住期间听到火警警报,不得不到外面去——如果能提前沟通一下发生了什么就更好了。
楼上套房的淋浴门需要换新的。床边没有手机或其他插头。桌上的插座已经磨损,我的手机充电座很容易就拔出来了。沙发需要好好擦洗一下。淋浴水质很差,地板上很快就积了两加仑水。难以接受,而且很滑。
