电梯看起来不太对劲,而且迷你吧冰箱里有前一个客人吃剩的食物。告诉前台工作人员后,他也不知道该怎么办,所以总的来说,服务非常糟糕。
高速公路进出方便,停车方便,房间空间宽敞,床很舒服——地板(地毯)很脏,抵达时空调关闭(仲夏),房间里弥漫着一股难闻的旧袜子味和霉味。空调上竟然长了黑色霉菌,我们醒来时都感觉鼻窦发炎。淋浴水压不错,水温稳定。淋浴间的皂液器坏了。之前天花板漏水,修补工作明显粗糙。早餐不错/丰盛的欧陆式早餐。
房间布局很好,喜欢洗手池与浴缸和马桶分开的设计。如果现在大多数酒店都提供乳液和小棉签/棉球包就更好了。早餐美味可口,选择多样。室内泳池和热水浴缸也很棒。入住期间听到火警警报,不得不到外面去——如果能提前沟通一下发生了什么就更好了。
楼上套房的淋浴门需要换新的。床边没有手机或其他插头。桌上的插座已经磨损,我的手机充电座很容易就拔出来了。沙发需要好好擦洗一下。淋浴水质很差,地板上很快就积了两加仑水。难以接受,而且很滑。

三月份,我们一家开车去俄亥俄州的路上,在这家酒店住了一晚。可惜的是,这次住宿体验并不理想。房间一进门就散发着难闻的气味。休息区没有主灯,很难找到东西。酒店里有一群青少年,他们非常吵闹。他们在走廊里跑来跑去,摔门而去,吵闹到深夜。我们确实要求管理层让我们换房间,或者让他们保持安静,但这两个要求都没有得到满足。酒店的免费早餐也只能算是平庸之作。前台和厨房工作人员的服务态度很差,甚至有点粗鲁。更糟糕的是,我们退房的那天早上,大堂早餐区附近的地板中央竟然有一只被压扁的蟑螂!我们不会再选择这家酒店了,而且目前不会推荐给其他人。
