Room was clean but carpet is torn. My wife and I are senior citizens and we found that the toilet is too low which made it hard to stand back up. Disappointing.

It was a nice experience. Everyone was nice. The pool was a bit cold but aside from that it was nice. Breakfast was great!

It was amazing. This was my second stay.. Same location due to the previous experience. Will definitely return.
走廊里气味难闻，孩子们不得不捂住鼻子。早餐是我住过的所有大使套房酒店中最差的。餐厅很脏，食物种类少得可怜，没有酸奶、百吉饼、冰块、咖啡等等。早餐非常糟糕。前台服务态度也很差。我问他们怎么去萨凡纳市中心，他们竟然说不知道。我的房间里沙发床没有毯子和枕头，所以我打电话给前台。他们竟然让我半夜下去拿毯子和枕头。总而言之，这是我们住过的最差的大使套房酒店之一。
我办理入住时闻到一股异味，我猜是饮水机散发出来的。到了楼上房间，走廊里臭气熏天，简直令人作呕。
我的会议提前结束了，第二天就要飞走了。下午一点退房回来后，发现房间还没打扫。我问是否可以上楼换身衣服再去机场。值班经理说不行。我花了那么多钱住希尔顿酒店，却连十分钟换身衣服的时间都没有，而且房间还没打扫。我觉得这要求并不过分。
沙发上有污渍和斑点。淋浴喷头的把手快要脱落了。没有肥皂。浴室的灯光很差。微波炉里有上一位房客剩下的食物。浴室的镜子歪了，没法摆正。
这真是太棒了，太棒了。
