Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was nice and clean. Room was spacious and clean. The only complaint I had were the sheets on the bed.

not happy are room was right around the corner from the ice machine and it was loud and making ice all night also we were in the back room facing the bus parking and that was noisy plus there was some kind of compressor going every once in a while and it was loud

The lady at the front desk had an ugly attitude. She was not nice at all. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. However, the lady’s attitude ruined any good part of our stay.

Second room: no shower soap, foyer floor slippery;
Wednesday night Receptionist's and cleaning guy's customer service sucks.
I went to buy my own towels and soap.
This Hampton hotel sucks!

Definitely Not Worth the Money
Very old, worn out and dirty hallway carpet. Dirty and worn elevator. Poorly installed toilet seat. Limited availability of staff for assistance.

Front desk staff was not there when I first arrived to check in and I had to wait 5+ minutes for them to show up from wherever they had been to finally do so. It has never made sense to me that the ability to check yourself in and to bypass the front desk exists but I’ve never been afforded that opportunity.
The parking is fine but getting in and out of the lot is difficult because large trucks will park along the road coming in and essentially turn the entry road into a one way road but it is not and it becomes quite dangerous.

Parts of the coffee pot was missing. Told desk person, told they you bring new pot, never happened. The faucet in the bathroom was barely hanging in. Had to hold it in place to turn water on. No toilet paper holder in the bathroom. The suite was roomy and clean.
