There was urine visible on the bottom of the toilet when we got to our room. The keys never worked, even after someone came and allegedly replaced the battery in the door. There was a phone on the nightstand that wasn’t even plugged in anywhere. The reason I gave this review a 3 is that the staff was friendly and the rates are good. We’ve stayed here every year for almost 10 years st Thanksgiving because it’s close to your family but I think this is the last year we’ll be staying there

There was no shower head in the shower, the property in general seemed neglected and the staff seemed more focused on going home than being there.

My only complaint is tht shower chairs are needed for disabled ppl they cannot stand in the shower

The room was clean and the breakfast was ok. What stood out for me was the front desk employee that checked us in. We got in late after a day of traveling with delays and she was really welcoming. Thank you

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was nice and clean. Room was spacious and clean. The only complaint I had were the sheets on the bed.

not happy are room was right around the corner from the ice machine and it was loud and making ice all night also we were in the back room facing the bus parking and that was noisy plus there was some kind of compressor going every once in a while and it was loud

The lady at the front desk had an ugly attitude. She was not nice at all. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. However, the lady’s attitude ruined any good part of our stay.
