We stayed at this property from Thursday to Sunday and room service was never provided to our room, despite bringing it to the hotel’s attention the first day it happened. We had no clean towels, garbage was never picked up, sheets were never refreshed. Nothing. Imagine the disappointment getting to the room close to midnight, BOTH NIGHTS, and seeing it in those conditions. Then we try to use the phone to reach hotel staff and the phone doesn’t even work. We had to walk all the way to the front desk, BOTH NIGHTS, at that time to inquire about this and ask for fresh towels. They also stated there was no one in management we could speak to until Monday. To make matters worse my AirPods were left by accident in the room upon checkout and I am trying to confirm with hotel so I can have a family member come pick them up but It is Monday and I am still trying to get a hold of someone in management that can address this but no one has called me back despite all my attempts.
I will not be staying in this hotel ever again and do not recommend it to anyone.

Ice machine not working, areas by side entrance dirty no disinfectant in gym area, hard to get towels and coffee for the room. Initial reception poor not identified at platinum elite

从我踏进酒店和接待员交谈的那一刻起,我就对自己的酒店选择产生了怀疑。那位女士态度很差,而且没有提供任何帮助。交谈之后,我震惊地发现,这家酒店竟然是万豪酒店,因为我住过的所有酒店都堪称顶级。我觉得她不能很好地代表万豪,我知道即使是最好的公司也会遇到这种情况。然后我回到房间,才意识到问题不仅仅在于她。显然,酒店的所有员工都存在这个问题。房间太恶心了。从我走进房间的那一刻起,我就闻到一股浓重的香烟味和空气清新剂的混合味。我回到大堂,告诉她我要求的是无烟房,但她坚持要给我换,因为房间已经被订满了。我回去后,甚至发现家具上有香烟烫过的痕迹,床头柜上还有烟灰。空调也没起到什么作用,因为房间温度低于75华氏度(约23摄氏度)。我希望淋浴间也能有空调,但浴缸里没有浴帘,只有浴帘杆。我还有很多问题可以谈,但目前我只想把照片发到谷歌评论里。第二天退房时我提出了这个问题,结果被告知“哦,很抱歉”。那是在我听到前面退房的人因为几乎相同的原因对酒店代表大发雷霆之后。
电梯坏了。我入住的时候,他们告诉我凌晨2点到5点之间会停电。我觉得他们应该在网站上公布电梯坏了,因为我是残疾人。我不得不拖着行李走上楼,然后他们把我安排到了一个离楼梯不近的房间。我再也不会住这家酒店了。
我对整体客户服务水平以及柜台人员缺乏理解/热情的协助感到不满。
我和姐姐带着一个5个月大的婴儿和几个行李箱入住。入住时,我被告知电梯停运,需要走楼梯(起初还好,因为前台人员和另一位工作人员帮我们把行李搬到了房间)。
我问工作人员制冰机在哪里,但他们对酒店制冰机位置的了解有限,没能告诉我离我房间最近的制冰机在哪里。我问制冰机在哪里,但没有带水桶。工作人员说,如果我带了水桶,他们会带我去一楼的制冰机那里(真是的,为什么他们不给我一个水桶呢)。我没再问。
第二天早上我出门,晚上晚些时候(大约晚上8:30)回来。我发现房间里还有垃圾,床没整理,床单和毛巾(浴巾)都很脏。我打电话询问客房服务,以及如何取毛巾。接电话的客服人员非常粗鲁,对我非常不耐烦。他们回复说客房服务是隔天打扫一次,如果我需要毛巾,就得自己过来取。然后我问……垃圾该怎么处理(前一天的餐盒、脏尿布和其他普通垃圾)。客服人员回答说:“如果你愿意,可以把它拿到外面去。” 哈哈哈哈。
我性格随和,不难相处,所以只要多理解一点就好了。
房间里的电视和电话都坏了。我用私人电话打到前台,但没人接。电梯也坏了。
