The beds were good not too soft pillows were perfect not too big and the rooms were super quiet and clean

Staff were fine. There was a humming noise in the room while trying to sleep. Thought it was constuction on the highway but it turned out to be the fridge. I unplugged it. Didnt get much sleep.

Room wasn’t that clean and washroom , I left the room after one hour and didn’t sleep over , I waisted 200 for nothing

Staff were very nice. The room was clean as well. There were some small ants at the breakfast area roamig around but it was itherwise clean. Pool and slide were great!

Clean room, friendly staff, very quiet. The hotel was definitely showing signs of wear, though.

The sink in our room was falling apart, there was mold in the shower and the roof in the hallway was collapsing. The facilities were in terrible shape

Lighting was not good. Didn't get the enough light for our activities in the room .Ironing table was not in good condition. There was no water bottle supplied in the room.

The King room that we had was large and well appointed. Our only issue was that the bed was very hard, we prefer a softer mattress but if you like a firm one then it would be excellent.
We didn't go into the breakfast buffet so can't comment on it.
