The location is great and the front desk staff was very nice.
The kitchen was kind of a joke... 2 forks, 4 spoons, kind of dirty.
There were 4 of us. There were no sheets/blankets for the pull-out couch and it was incredibly uncomfortable. We ordered a rollaway and there were sheets for that, but the thing was horribly noisy. We only had 3 towels and 2 hand towels.

Great location, rooms and staff!
Really pleased with the location - across the street from BSU and 10 minutes from Ann Morrison Park and the Boise Green Belt - also with the size of the rooms, and most of all with the staff. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, and truly seem to enjoy working here and with each other which says a lot about the management!

Not sure who’s rating these hotels but this is definitely not 4 stars more like 2.5-3! Only 1 small bathroom mirror in the entire room - very hard to get ready when you have a couple of people staying in the room. Very outdated furniture and decor - kept running out of food at breakfast.

It was our first time and will be our last at this hotel. We travel a lot for our kids sports tournament and been to TownePlace hotel many time at various locations along west coast.
The room was dirty when we checked in. The hotel needs to do deep clean in the room. Dust on top of refrigerator, old popcorn under bed. Eww. We checked in the evening, tired from our flight, the lady at counter try to sell us the group rate booking for our swim team and forgot to put in Cleaning request. We stayed 3 night and zero room cleaning. Room near the road is noisy. Breakfast is below average compared to other TownePlace.

Everything was great - free and plentiful parking, decent breakfast, and hot tub available. The only issue was the shower could use a major update (low pressure and no hot water unless sink is running also). Would definitely stay again.

The beds were terribly uncomfortable, our shower was broken and had to be jimmy rigged to work each morning (I told front desk it needs to be fixed) the bathroom light also operated the sink area. You couldn’t use the restroom without turning the light on for the whole room to wake up. No lamps other than bedside so the room was dark.
