I Don’t Want To Leave
The hotel staff, bellmen, hotel room was excellent. Check-in was very quick. The bellman was very friendly and knowledgeable about the hotel. The hotel room was so comfortable and the balcony view overlooking TVA and Florence landscape was very nice.Very clean. I wanted to add an extra night but there was a huge group arriving and that wasn’t possible, which is understandable. I will def stay here again.

Construction close to room Too loud. If found in my bed. Waited 25 min in restaurant and left. Ordered food to take to room but the Mgr paid our ticket.

服务员非常友好热情,前台的工作人员也一样。
我的房间没有达到应有的干净程度。在浴室里,我发现了前一位客人的毛发,马桶周围也有前一位客人的残留物。空调对我来说非常冷。我试着把温度调到29摄氏度(85华氏度),但仍然非常冷。我不得不关掉空调才能继续待在房间里。
至于早餐,你们宣传有素食/纯素菜单,但没有可打印的菜单。我很想知道除了自助早餐之外,还有哪些菜品可供选择。所以,我花了25美元买了3道自助早餐之外的菜品,直到吃完早餐我才知道价格。我确实注意到餐厅入口处有人在做饭,但这是我第一次来这里,我不知道是否可以点菜,也不知道可以做什么菜。没有服务员可以立即帮我,而且房间里也不是很忙。不过,由于时间紧迫,一位厨房工作人员很热情地帮助了我。
我尽量不抱怨。不过,我建议大家在餐食价格和菜品供应方面更加透明。由于你们宣传的是素食/纯素菜单,我们需要知道有哪些菜品可供选择。
