My stay at this hotel was absolutely excellent from start to finish. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The atmosphere was relaxing, and everything felt well taken care of. What really stood out was the staff every single person I interacted with was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make sure I had a great experience. Their hospitality truly made my stay special. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service, comfort, and a welcoming environment. I’ll definitely be staying here again!

Had a nice stay here, roughly 12 minutes driving distance from downtown. We visit Birmingham often and switched to this hotel because they have level 2 EV chargers by EnviroSpark.

I was very disappointed in my stay at this particular facility this time, my tub was dirty so I cleaned the whole bathroom myself, dust was over the vanity, the headboard had finger prints over it, stains over the floor, sheets was really wrinkle and just didnt feel clean. Cleaned the room after working 12hr shift and sprayed it down with Lysol " which I always do." At this point I slept on my oversized blanket and showered in my flipflops! I did not change rooms bc I did not want to start the process over. To top it all off my last night, I always checked out on my way to work the evening before and drive straight home after I get off from a 12hr shift. Received an invoice with no extra charges bc I had none and then received a second one with a breakfast charge! Contacted the property 3 times for an explaination, she was always busy and couldn't or wouldn't talk. I'm concerned that a hotel can close out your invoice and someone can come in 12+ hours later and open my account back up and add a fraudulent charge to my credit card. It was only $11, but my advice is to always check your charges bc if you add up $11 from god knows how many customers it adds up. My trust has been broken in letting Hotels email my receipt, from now on I will come back and check out in person!

It was a great hotel gas service was beautiful and layout the pool weight workout area the bar, beautiful nice comfortable bed love the view. I will stay again. We’ll stay again.

糟糕的客房服务，糟糕的酒店，不安全！
我们到达这家酒店时，房间门上没有锁，所以无法锁门。
他们最终给我们安排了另一个房间，我们准备洗澡时发现没有毛巾。我们打电话到楼下，她先是说没有毛巾，然后又说有毛巾，但需要我们自己去拿。别忘了当时已经是晚上10点了，我们开了一整天的车。
糟糕的酒店，客房服务非常非常不专业。
优点：房间四面都是墙，有天花板和空调。
缺点：第二天晚上，他们试图把我们的房间给另一个同名的客人。第四天，他们修门锁的时候，我们被锁在门外两个小时。他们给了我们一张价值10美元的咖啡厅餐券，但那天晚上没有服务员在，我们没法点餐。而且我们发现这张券只有一天有效期。
特别感谢前台那位女士，在我们第二次被锁在门外的时候，她非常友善和周到。我妻子很感激她的热情和细心。这位员工应该得到加薪，也应该增加人手来帮忙。
淋浴间很简陋，我根本没用。停车位也很糟糕。尽管办理入住的客人很多，工作人员还是异常健谈。房间宽敞，床也很舒服。床舒服是我没有把这家酒店评为“糟糕”的唯一原因。缺点远多于优点。
